As a tenant, I was with this company for roughly ten months. I do have some complaints, which I'll cover first.
One: when it came time for me to have to move before my lease was up, I emailed them to ask how to go about breaking it. The lady with whom I discussed it, wasn't very friendly or professional, and that made my request even more uncomfortable. Even through email, one should attempt to show they care and want to help - without attitude, judgment, and/or acting inconvenienced.
Two: when a man from Flagship came to show my unit to a potential tenant, he accompanied the person on the tour

My wife and I used Flagship Property Management for several years with a rental townhouse. Brian and his staff were always very helpful, quick to respond to fix any issues we or the tenants had, and always communicated with us of any issues or responsibilities needed on our end. It was nice to know that things were taken care of quickly and it took a lot of stress off of us because all of the scheduling for any maintenance or repairs that came up over the years were handled promptly and professionally. We used Flagship Property Management to manage a property of ours. The whole team at Flagship was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They charge reasonable management fees and send electronic statements monthly. Their website is easy to use and makes it simple to check your account online. Brian managed my rental property for many years and him and his business were always prompt and professional. When it came time to sell it, they were amazing! My property sold the weekend it went on the market. They are very helpful and informative with both renting and selling.
