My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years. The staff is amazing. The property is well maintained. Any maintenance issue is handled immediately. Regular community events are planned. Our apartment is quiet and comfortable. My husband is retired military and we have lived in many locations and were apprehensive about going back to apartment life but this was the best decision we could have made.

La Maison of Saraland has been a complete godsend for our family. The layout of our apartment, the appliances, the quality in the floors, doors, countertops, cabinets, and appliances, have enabled us to truly rest and focus on our work. I cannot tell you how nice it is to be in a space that is free from the typical issues one might find with living in the average apartment (smells, noise, smoking, things falling apart etc.). Truly disappointed that LaFortis Management company would allow a person to utter racists comments and threats at a family (to include a child) and not stand behind the victims. I can't even understand how the management team would think that the victims should be made to feel sorry for the perpetrators actions and words. Definitely would not move here because they don't protect their residents and certainly don't stand on the side of RIGHT!

I'm really sadden to hear that this company doesn't support the residents as the way they profess. A resident can be Thester by a racist and the property manager and owners support the racist. How is that being a good neighbor like advertised on their website and FB page! It's sad in this day and age.

I’ve lived at LaMaison since May of this year. It is amazing. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. The grounds are always clean. Beautiful high end apartments and excellent amenities. The woman that work there are very professional. And the 2 guys that conduct the maintenance are extremely nice and helpful. Signed a 1 year lease and will be staying on for another lease.
