Miss Mary is such an amazing woman. She’s a great apartment manager. From the moment she got to this location she started making amazing improvements. She has been on top of every little thing that needs to be done. And she’s definitely making the place a lot better. She’s always there for her residence and she’s just truly phenomenal.

I was actually looking into a place to move, but after reading all of your reviews and your poor business I don't think I'm interested anymore I filled out my application online and now I'm very skeptical about coming to move here I think I just need to keep looking it's really sad that you can't even pay your vendors what you owe themyes I'm definitely running away from this place thank you everybody for your advice

I’ve been here for two years. In the first couple of weeks my ceiling fan stopped working as well as the outlets in the wall. When this was first noticed I told the people at the leasing office about this immediately and nothing was done. This year there have been a problem pertaining to mice. I had caught 7 of them within 2 days and there are still more. I knew it was the last straw when I found one in my bed.

I am one of the vendors they fail to pay. I've seen the site managers turn over three different times and some how my invoices seem to go unpaid. They've paid me a couple of thousand but still owe me another thousand, two of those being from Aug. 2017. I was told by every property manager they've had that this is their normal and I would have to take them to court.

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. We’ve had multiple new management with months. The HVAC sucks and needs to be changed. There should be CENTRAL air not something you’ll find in a hotel room. Some residence are ok to live around but the others seems to not give a damn and leave the place looking like a dumpster. The staff there are rude and don’t put in maintenance requests when needed, you get charged for all sorts of things with no warning. People’s vistors are parking wherever they want which they shouldn’t. Residents who lives here are the ones who shouldn’t have to
