Management and building and property cleanliness leave much to be desired. pest control issues. dryer repair...the replacement dryer had the prior owners lint inside the filter and still won’t complete the cycle.

Living here has had its sets backs and positives but now they have reached an all time low. I moved here and decided to pay their high priced rent because of all of the amenities. It was nice, clean, and yes, higher than most places but all of the bonuses made up for the difference. Now because of a select few, who didn’t follow the rules, all of our amenities have been striped and we’re not allowed to have guests??? It was one occurrence and the security in this place would allow for management to pinpoint the specific offenders. However, their management style is to put us all in a corner
