I am relocating and considered staying in this complex when I do. However, I have called for information twice, in an effort to be prepared and get the ball rolling. Both times I called, the staff members Emily and Lauren were both extremely rude. They seem to have no interest in filling vacancies. I genuinely felt like they thought talking to me was a waste of their time!!
Needless to say, I will NOT be moving to this complex. If this is how they treat future residents, I can't imagine how they treat the current ones.

I love living here!! It's a bit pricey but the amenities are incredible and it is such a relaxing environment. The office staff has always been extremely responsive if I have a question or need anything. I have personally had no issues with my apartment.. I wish the windows weren't so thin because they don't block sound very well but I never hear my neighbors on either side of. me. The apartment layout is great and there are lots of closets/storage which I like. The spa is great after a long day, and the saltwater pool is super nice as well. The coffee machine is a great perk too. The office also

Highland at Springhill has been a wonderful place for my family. It is very attractive and well-maintained with great amenities. The management and maintenance teams are both very responsive--we have had few problems and those were resolved very quickly and completely. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free living environment.
