Services
DJ Henn joined Rent Ready in September of 2015. He studied business management at Gonzaga University and has over 8 years of property management experience. DJ received his real estate broker license in 2016, and then a managing broker license in 2017. He is also a licensed real estate instructor, teaching continuing education courses through Evergreen Professional Training, Inc.
That is why our team brings a unique focus to the work we do, a focus that prioritizes the needs of all of our customers - both tenants and investors. We strive to ensure that everyone is satisfied with their experience. When we connect the needs of our customers, both our tenants and our investors are each protected and allowed to grow.
Rent Ready's strives to give you the best rental experience you've had. We do this by being selective with our rental units and maintaining open and honest communication with our tenants. Participate with local law enforcement agencies, Crime Free Housing programs, and Block Watch programs. Meeting our tenants onsite when keys are issued and clearly documenting the condition of the property upon move in.
You may make a maintenance request 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. Somebody is always on call and will get back to you within a reasonable time, depending on the urgency of your maintenance request. To submit a maintenance request, please call (844) 301-7776 and press Option 9. If nobody answers the phone, YOU MUST LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.
