They have some truly horrible rental properties. Try to charge way more then they are worth. @WPM Google considers me a local guide. I consider myself a honest guy, informing the people of Yakima. Unfortunately WPM has a foot hold in our community, and you guys appear to take advantage of those stricken with poverty. I am not so I chose not to do business with you guys.

Horrible service! Moved into an older rental when my family and I decided to move to Yakima, within the first month we had a burning smell, called for maintenance to come out, they told me to clean out the fridge (Just got groceries the fridge was clean), the fridge caught on fire the same day, they would not replace the fridge or any of the food. They said I opted to purchase my own fridge... trees started falling down and damaging the deck and made the yard unsafe to be in. Wilson would not come and trim the trees falling on the house. Power issues persisted in the house blowing breakers and

I filled out an application, but couldn’t get into town in time to view the unit. So they rented the property out to someone else. Laura was very helpful and responded to my emails in a timely manner. She offered to refund me the application fees since they don’t have any other properties that I am interested in.

This is not a final review. I moved out of a property on the 31st of july 2021 i followed instructions to drop keys off in the drop box since the day of the move out was on a weekend. I called about 3 days in to the next week asking about how long this last prosses takes they said they have to get everything done and contact me 21day after the move out date they called me today august 25th to tell me they never got the keys i explaied to them what i did all i got was an ok and the phone call ended. I figured if you have not resived keys or found keys with in the first week you would have called

I don't know about anyone else but I moved in August 2020 and I have had a great experience with Wilson. I love my apartment, moved here from Seattle and my building was built in 1925 so it's just my style, super spacious, tons of closet/storage space and original hardwood floors exposed. I've never had any maintenance issues in my apartment but the one time the laundry room needed maintenance and they seemed to fix it right away. I mostly keep to myself but all my neighbors seem super chill, socially responsible and what not. Never had any noise issues and no problems with parking

DON'T RENT FROM THEM. They took over our rent from another company and charged us for every single little stuff that we had not caused. They go in AND REALLY look for things that they can charge you with. So while I was expecting my deposit back, they took it away and asked me to pay an extra $1200. CRAZY!!! Again, DON'T rent from them!

Thus far, Wilson has been tough to work with. My partner and I are trying to relocate from San Diego to Yakima, and it seems that Wilson manages 90% of the properties in Yakima. We sent an application for a home, but were never informed that our application would not be processed until we put down a (basically nonrefundable) holding fee. When I called to check on the status of our application I was greeted with a 3-5 minute hold. The lady I worked with was kind, but kindness doesn't erase the frustration with the company as a whole. Friend of mine and her fiancé were staying at a house rented through this place A bunch of trees on the property died and they charged my friend for it. My friend went and had Senske or someone look at them and it was discovered that the trees had never been planted correctly to begin with, by the original property owner. It would not have mattered how much you watered them. Despite this proof, Wilson charged them for the replacement of the trees. THEIEVES.

I lived in one of the Wilson real estate properties. I suddenly got a notice on the 3rd day of the month that I had to vacate on the 30th. It wasn't even a 30 day notice. It wasn't an eviction they just didn't give me any reason as to why I had to move out. I spent hours cleaning the apartment so I would at least be able to get my deposit back. They sent me a paper in the mail that I owe them 700$ bc they spent 6 hours of cleaning and where damages and replacements. This place is a joke!! If you are thinking about renting through them DONT!!!!!! They told us to be at a place and early and not to sit in the car. So we showed up very early and stood out front and they never showed. Emailed them back for them to say oh this place is rented. REALLY say that before you send someone to the place. Big waste of time. Either get new staff that care about the people who call in or at least make them do there jobs. But we found a great place and did not have to deal with the extra bs they put you through.

Wilson Management did not respond to repeated calls and emails when the gas service was turned off in our building on two separate occasions. We went without hot water for three days each time. We also sent pictures and again several emails about the washing machines not filling up for the rinse cycle. No response or fix! Laundry room, hallway and stairs were often dirty and in need of cleaning.
They claimed they had to do four hours of cleaning after we moved out which was just a way of keeping money from our deposit. We spent hours cleaning and left the apartment as clean as when we moved in

STAY THE HELL AWAY - I was desperate for a place that would accept dogs since I was moving to Washington from California and needed a place to live. Rented a place told them I would be here 6/3/17 and needed the keys that day, well guess what didn't get the keys until the evening of 6/9/17 so we had to rent 2 hotel rooms for a week. The carpets stunk so bad we had to clean them before we could set up our beds. They REFUSED to put screens on the windows, slow to fix repairs, had to keep calling to they showed up. They took the wheel off the sliding glass door 9/26 because it didn't work

Rented a property from them for a couple of years. Calling to attempt to get repairs was a PITA. Before moving in we found issues that they said they would correct but did they? Nope, not at all, even some that were safety issues.
If desperate for a place many consider them, otherwise keep looking. Downside is that the good property management companies in town seem to have waiting lists.
