Coming from a former community manager I Would honestly give a lower ratting but can't. Completely unprofessional, James the Yakima manager belittling his employees in front of tenants ,talksa other residents in front of tenants, inability to resolve work orders, upon putting in our notice to vacate was trying to show our unit while still living in the unit and put a for rent sign in the yard so we would be harassed by people wanting to rent it (don't blame them just him). And then getting totally gouged in charges when we gave them the unit in better condition than we got it. Do not ever rent

Please don't rent from these people. I tried to get ahold of them to schedule my walk through because I was moving out of town. You can't get a live person on the phone so you have to leave a message. I get a text message 3 days after I told them I had to leave and they want to schedule a walk-through if I'm still in town.... Naturally I'm not so they do their own. Surprise surprise the "fees" come out to my exact deposit.... Bunch of crooks, please please don't rent from them, there are many more places to rent for comparable prices for better apartments. And

Lol do not ever rent from any location under alliance property management. We were at the 48th location and after cleaning and moving out they charged us ridiculous fees including the cost to not only CLEAN the blinds but then Replace them. $40 per blinds. Then $15 per stove coil cuz they weren't clean enough. Costs for paint and labor? We never hung anything on the walls. $350. Changing EACH lightbulb, after all the costs it came out to over $1100 in charges AFTER they already took our deposit. They're a bunch of f*cking crooks. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS.
