We had an intense maintenance situation during the last winter storm. John Sanchez was super helpful and kept in contact everyday until all the issues were solved. Great person to work with. Have thoroughly enjoyed renting from Jevons thus far.

Adriana was very patient with me and was able to resolve my issue and put my mind at ease before I could even get off the phone.

We were approved for our apartment very quickly and had a few days until our requested move in date. Goldie Santos was incredibly efficient at getting everything together and letting us know what she needed from us so we could move in when we had requested. She was very pleasant to work with, responded very quickly and was available for our questions through the process. She has continued to be available and helpful after moving in and I have enjoyed working with her.

We have recently moved across the country to Washington and most of our communications with Jevons happened before we ever stepped foot in the state! They were able to help us find exactly what we needed and were super flexible. Once arriving, move in was a breeze. We had a few questions which were answered within 24 hours. Easiest rental approval and move-in process I’ve encountered yet! Goldie was so helpful and prompt with getting my emotional support animal letter confirmed and getting my move-in date moved up. The apartment was spotless and in phenomenal condition during the showing prior to move-in, with no hidden problems like I’ve experienced in other rentals. They do a thorough inspection before leasing, with tons of photo documentation on their end, before you do your own.
