Check in was easy and rooms were large and had an organized layout. (suite's were especially big) Hotel was nicely cleaned and even included a functioning swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of drinks and baked goods. Fresh breakfast meats were available and were even complemented by eggs! Highly recommend!

Very pricey for a very basic no frills room. They appear to need major updates to plumbing. When we discovered our commode was not flushing the front desk invited us to come down and get a plunger
They had a half dozen plungers behind the desk. If you want to pay $300 for a budget hotel type room and don't mind doing maintenance the hotel should do give them a shot!

We booked this hotel last minute. We got lucky to even find one available; apparently there was a cancellation. Check in was easy. Room was clean and big. We didn't like the fact the only sink was in the kitchen/bar area though. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and had a variety of items available.

Pricey, lack of room service on some days despite being requested. I paid a premium $300+ per night. You should include regular room service for that rate. I shouldn’t have to request it. Pancake machines out of order. Breakfast area smoky due to cooking with lack of ventilation. You will smell after being in the breakfast room. One morning front desk clerk was trying to make a master key for the housekeeper. She did not know how and called someone. She did all this while there were guests waiting in line in the lobby. Room was adequate and spacious but don’t expect modern accommodations.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The staff was exceptional with customer service. Always friendly answering questions or just making casual conversation that made you feel welcome.. The breakfast was good but does get busy first thing in the morning when it opens at 0630. Definitely would stay here again if visiting the area.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. A few blocks from the Main Street area.
There are plenty of dumpy little motels in West Yellowstone. If you are looking for a bit more comfortable (albeit more pricy) accommodations, this is a good choice.
Beware if parking in the back dirt lot, we picked up about 5 big nails off the ground around our vehicle. Stick to the front paved lot.
