My son is in West Yellowstone for the summer and I’ve stayed at City Center when I visit. This time with my dog. I can’t express enough my gratitude for the way my new friends at City Center have made us feel at home. Changing plans, answering questions about town and the park, just listening to my concerns about child away from home!!. Very clean, spacious rooms that are really right where you want to be in town. Rates as good as you will find. If I could leave 6 stars I would!

The front desk staff were so professional and yet personable and friendly. They helped with every question that arose. Our room was ready when we arrived. We felt like they were happy to have us and they invited us to come back again. Location was great, we were able to walk to most services in the quaint little town.

Stayed for 5 nights on September 2021. It really is a city center motel! 4 minutes walking max to anywhere in this little town. And yet, it's very quiet. Supermarket is just across the street.
The rooms were spacious and clean, house keeping came every morning. The office was open until late hours and the staff members were very kind, assisting and welcoming. If I ever have the chance to visit Yellowstone again, I would definitely return to city center motel.

Wow! What a gem! Great and friendly service, super clean, and 4 queen beds for a family of 5... Simply amazing! We enjoyed 2 of our first 6 nights in the area so much that we cancelled where we were going to stay on night 7 and booked this hotel again. Super close to everything shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Yellowstone National Park!

Stayed July 4-8....this little family owned motel was the perfect spot for our time in Yellowstone!! Checkin was super easy and Our room was very clean, beds & pillow were comfy, and we were in walking distance of all the little restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minutes to West Yellowstone entrance!! Staff gave lots of tips on what not to miss! Will definitely stay here again if going through the area!!

This is a cozy motel with a small parking lot. The bed was comfortable and there was a small two-seat couch inside the room with a hide-a-bed. There was a TV and a mini fridge. The staff was really friendly and helpful and their office had many brochures and pamphlets of things to do in the area. They are in the middle of the city, within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops.
