Ok. why only 3 Stars. The service is good and courteous. A plus is the breakfast for the price and they don't charge extra for dogs. 2 stars taken away because the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are a joke. They might as well be decorative pillows for a couch (very small). What was also negative is you can hear everything. From people next to you and above you. Barely got any sleep on 2 nights due to that. I would try maybe the newer building across the street, I was in the older main building.

We stayed 1 night. The lobby/common area was adorable. I loved all the carved wooden bears outside - what a cute touch! Our room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, you're down the street from the Yellowstone entrance, across the parking lot from other hotels, an IMAX theatre, and the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center. I would stay here again.

The worst place I have staying in a long time . To add insult it was well over 300 a night ! Room was dated and need updating . The bed you could see where everyone slept it was so soft should be thrown away . Mildew in shower , tub did not drain and show set up horrible could not even hardly shower . Room was hit all night , yes opened a window because air would not cool down . Front desk people were just ok nothing that will bring me back . Evan their recommendation for dinner was disappointing walked out and found a great place on our own . Will never come back and will never recommend.

We travel a lot and will stay with Hilton hotels when available. The Kelly Inn and staff have WOWED US! This place is kept extremely clean. The free breakfast cooked by Miss Effie can't be beat by any other chains. This wasn't your typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was Hot along with the food and was very tasty. The staff here including Christy at the desk has been very helpful!! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location just a few blocks from Yellowstone! We had a first floor room with direct access to the parking lot. This is very convenient when traveling with a pet. We love a hotel without carpet, no questioning what's hiding beneath. No housekeeping services unless requested however our room was spotless! Breakfast was the same every day but good, pancakes, eggs, sausage, grab and go Belgium Waffles. We would have loved to see some fresh fruit. Staff was friendly.

Very nice room. Two king beds, wood frame. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also a coffee maker. They also provide us with a crib for our son. Continental breakfast is included. The room was on the fist floor and we can enter directly from the parking lot. The hotel is located one hour drive from the main attractions at Yellowstone. Overall we enjoyed our staying.

We stayed here for two nights. We had a family of 5 and we requested a roll away bed and there was one waiting in the room when we arrived. The Inn also serves a mean breakfast relative to all the other hotels. Their pancake machines make a really good and tasty pancake. This inn actually tries to serve you a decent breakfast while other places have given up. I give them kudos for that. The room was also clean and sizable enough for 5 of us. There were a a lot of families at the hotel but it was reasonable super quiet! The front desk was also really helpful with any request we needed also.

Family friendly, the pool is decent for the kids to swim and relax after a day of walking in the park. All in all, it’s fair for the price and service is friendly. Wish they have better noise cancellation between floors and The door. Ppl keep opened and closed their doors, and each time you can hear it’s slamming. Laying in bed and I can hear kids running upstairs.

Stayed 3 nights here on the front end of a 10-day summer vacation in MT and ID. Nothing fancy, but great location (literally 5 minutes to west entrance for YNP), very clean and friendly service (except the woman working the breakfast buffet was rude). The complimentary breakfast was mediocre and the pool/hot tub would have been more enjoyable if it was outdoors, but we didn't choose to stay there for the food or pool, so it really wasn't a factor. Honestly didn't see any other hotels that looked "nicer" so we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thumbs up!

We are currently staying here and color me impressed. We are use to Disney vacation at the Deluxe hotels and while this place doesn't have all the bell and whistles it is very clean and kept, the staff are absolutely fantastic and the room set up is amazing. The computers were down when we checked in, no problem. Thr staff gave us keys and told us they would call us after dinner if they came back up(they did, no issue). We are within walking distance to shops and food which is a double plus. I highly recommend this place for couples!!

BEWARE of rude manager! We set the alarm clock extra early to see the sunrise, animals, and less crowded sites in Yellowstone. Went to leave the room, but the door wouldn't latch/lock! Couldn't leave our belongings in an unlocked room. Called the front desk and were told in an 177 room hotel there is no maintenance person until 7:30 am! Finally, at 8:15 a maintenance person came and fixed it in less than 10 minutes! He said there are thousands of tiny quakes every yearthat aren't strong enough to be felt but that can jar the door frame enough that it can cause the lock

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and continental breakfast that prepares you for a day in the park. Pretty large indoor pool and hot tub. They also have laundry machines that take quarters only ($2 for each wash and for each dry). Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and gift shops.

Awesome hotel. Down the road from Yellowstone National park and many restaurants. Friendly people at check in. We stayed a full week. Plus side is that there are washer and dryers - $2 for each. And the front will give you quarters. Because of covid you don't get turn down service everyday- you have to call and ask. We only needed it once during our stay. I can't speak to the hot breakfast but when I looked around they have a place for you to get coffee anytime. When we come back we will definitely stay here again. From Texas :)

This is a great place to stay while in West Yellowstone, it's close to all the attractions and within walking distance of downtown. Just a short 5 minute drive to the NP Entrance. The rooms are themed great for the area. Well maintained and CLEAN! The full breakfast was amazing and made it easy to just leave from the hotel to the park in the mornings without an added stop. The pool and hot tub where open surprisingly. 10/10 would stay again

I think its hilarious that all the lockdown leftists are dinging this place because some people are walking around freely. Get over yourselves. This place is wonderful, and if masks are your only issue, then you seriously need to think about your first world problems. Please ignore any negative reviews from people who live in CA, IL and NY. They just can't help themselves, and all of the the positive reviews are spot on. This place is great as far as price, location, safetly, and cleanliness. Would totally stay there again.

As a hotel, Kelly Inn hit all the checkmarks for us -

(+) VERY close to the West entrance at Yellowstone.
(+) Cute, rustic cabin interior and exterior.
(+) Easy grab and go continental breakfast
(+) 24/7 hot chocolate available
(+) Clean rooms
(+) Affordable

On Thursday night, we were actually able to enjoy the hot tub and pool all to ourselves, but the rest of the nights it was taken over by hairy middle-aged men.

Where it falls short is definitely the lax attitude with COVID19 precautions. Even though there are signs everywhere about wearing masks, during peak hours the lobby and common

Would be a great place in non-Covid19 times with the pretty bear sculptures, the rustic furniture and the proximity to the national park, but all of that is negated by the poor Covid19 precautions.

There is a mask sign on the door... but in my three night stay I did not see staff wearing masks even once. There are these glass panels between you and the staff, except they have like 1 foot large gaps between them, and likely make little difference in a room with recirculated air anyway.

Most guests seem to also not wear masks and hotel staff doesn't actually enforce the mask policy.

I like the rustic look and you can't beat the location only about a half mike from the park entrance plus you can park at the hotel and walk to the downtown area. Lots to see and do right in the immediate area. Rooms are really nice too
