In June of 2004, Dr. Piper answered his nation's call to service and joined the United States Air Force (USAF) Dental Corp, where he completed his residency in Prosthodontics at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.Dr. Piper earned his Masters of Science Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.

From a very young age, Dr. Carnaggio knew he wanted to be a dentist. He began his pursuit of a career in dental medicine observing in the office of a family friend, who was a prosthodontist.
Your first visit to our office typically includes an X-ray that allows us to view the structure of the jaw, the position of any teeth that have not yet erupted, malformed roots, and tooth decay. The initial visit involves a review of your medical history. When you share your medical history, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health.
Our practice is made up of professionals, from our doctors to our administrative team, all of whom take your oral health very seriously. Using our advanced specialty education, along with state of the art equipment designed with safety and efficiency in mind, we are able to offer optimal care. As you walk through our office, you will notice that everything is clean, comfortable and thoroughly sterilized.

Dr Piper and his entire staff( especially Angie) are beyond greatness. They are the kindest, most pleasant, professional , generous , caring and gentle group of individuals that I have ever seen. The warm feeling of comfort and the relaxed atmosphere make for a very top notch organization. I am on the slow and painful recovery of long term negative side effects related to beating terminal Cancer. Don’t settle for less than the absolute best . They are a life changing organization who make the world a better place one patient at a time .

Hands down the best dental around. Every single one of the staff are amazing! If Bonnie isn't cleaning your teeth then you are truly missing out. My daughter and I both see Dr Piper, he is amazing! My daughter has had complicated dental issues since she was a child and this is the 1st dentist that she actually enjoys going to. All of her anxiety… has diminished and i will be forever grateful for the care and compassion from every staff member. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. If you are looking for a dentist, this is where you need to be!

My wife and I moved to North Carolina from Florida. For the last couple of years we have been going back to Florida for our medical appointments. We finally decided it was time to see doctors in the area so we chose Dr Piper from Piedmont Dental as our dentist. We are super pleased with our choice. Dr. Piper and the entire staff are wonderful. They are all very professional, competent and willing to help. Highly recommend.

This dental office is amazing. I had a deep cleaning done today by Laura and she made me feel so comfortable. She took her time and checked on me throughout the process. She explained the procedure and she was just really great to work with. Going to the dentist is tough, but she truly makes it as enjoyable as possible. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I flossed out a filling the day before flying to Canada for 5 days and felt pain and sensitivity in my mouth.
