Born and raised in Boone, I am back where it all started. Upon graduating from Watauga High School, I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I earned a BS in Biology. Having been away from the Blue Ridge Mountains for nearly a decade, I was excited to "come home" and begin my professional dental career.
Rounding my 12th year here as a dental hygienist seems unreal! Between building relationships with new patients and keeping in touch with our regulars, time has passed so quickly! Born right here in the High Country, I graduated from Watauga High School and earned my Dental Hygiene Degree at Guilford Tech.
Our office philosophy is a result of the way I was taught. A treatment plan is written out after a thorough exam, full series of radiographs, and prophylaxis. Patients are pampered during treatment using pillows, warm blankets, hot water bottles, milkshakes, and soup baskets to take home, which are prepared by a member of the staff following extensive dentistry on a given day.

This dental practice still has Dr. Lee Warren's name on the sign, but he is no longer practicing at all. If you go to this practice, you will see his daughter, Dr. Blair Warren. You do not want to do that.
Her father, Dr. Lee Warren, was my dentist for over 30 years. Dr. Lee Warren was experienced, knowledgeable, precise, and an expert at his profession. He had a comforting bedside manner and always kept you at ease. Dr. Blair Warren is the opposite of all of those things. I had hoped to continue using this practice after Dr. Lee Warren retired, but I have no desire to see Dr. Blair Warren

Had a bad accident and knocked out most of my two front teeth and I emailed them. Within the hour they were emailing me back and getting me an appointment that day. I went back today and got my new teeth and they're amazing. Blaire and Shirley are quite the team in making my visit as easy and as painless as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was super nervous but they helped with good conversation and laughter. Love you guys.

Dr. Blaire and her staff are amazing. I was visiting Boone from Maryland and chipped my tooth. This dentist office was able to fit me in immediately. I am 42 years old and never had an experience like this. The staff was so warm and friendly. Dr. Blaire gave me shot and I didn't even feel it! I was so relaxed while they worked on my teeth that I almost fell asleep. I am normally squeezing my hands into the chair. I want to move to Boone just so that I can go to this practice!!!

Dr. Lee Warren is simply the very best dentist I have ever met. The three words that best describe Dr. Warren are, gentle, caring, and perfectionist.
I have been a patient of Dr. Warren's for many years. On more than one occasion I have had to call his emergency number outside of regular office hours, and each time he has returned my call within minutes.
My treatment plan was extensive over a period of several years. After the entire process was completed, I still cannot stop looking

We have been patients of Dr. Warren for many years and always have a very positive experience when we visit his office. Beginning with Debbie’s cheerful greeting and the front desk to the friendly, professional care provided by Dr. Warren and his superior staff, everything imaginable is done to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. DonnaRae Ford, one of his hygienist, is spectacular; the best we’ve ever had.
Dr. Warren has improved my smile with a magnificent bridge; he is a skilled artist! I get compliments all the time!
