I am the sister-in-law of Ruvim Stukov, and I was the one communicating the most with Anatolyi Kalchik about the funeral process. I highly recommend using Klontz Funeral Home and the team that works there. Anatolyi always picked up the phone when I called him, and was very flexible with the short notice that he had to prepare Ruvim’s body for the memorial service. When there were issues with the Medical Examiners office in Seattle with picking up the body, Anatolyi was very quick to notify us and we were able to fix the issue and Anatolyi was able to pick up the body Friday afternoon before the

Klontz funeral home is a great company to work with. Anatoly assisted our family through the whole process. It was very difficult losing our grandmother, but Anatoly and the rest of the staff made the experience go as smoothly as possible. They were kind, caring, and reliable. My family used Knoltz funeral home for our Mom, our mom passed on Sep 2, 2021. We had a sit down meeting with Anatoly on Sep 2 and asked Anatoly not to use heavy make up, cus mom never wore make up in her life. Anatoly said, “that he works with Slavic family’s and is going to do an amazing job, not to worry.” My oldest brother and I took charge of the funeral planning. I called Anatoly several times (no answer) the one time Anatoly answered, said he was busy and hang up the phone, texted messages ( no replies) Mom church service was scheduled on Sep 9, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Klontz Funeral Home picked our mom up on September 6th, 2021, it was arranged between Klontz Funeral home and our family to have church/viewing service on September 9th at 6pm and burial service on September 13th at 11am. September 9th 6 pm our mom was not at Salvation Baptist Church as promised, on multiple occasions our family reached out to Anatoliy prior to 6pm and after 6pm, last call he just hang-up the phone on my family. (We chose one family member handling My mom finally arrived at 7:27 pm. What we as a family and entire church witnessed was indescribable

Anatoly was very kind and honest. Shared his thoughts about cremation and what he personally preferred. Worked with me on pricing. Could have been on top of the death certificate because he said he would pay for two copy’s included with $1,000 for cremation. But they ended up not filling for it so I had to go through it with trying to do everything else. I asked if I could get it expedited but reception stated they did not do that. I had to have it fright away. Anatoly told us it would be at the office for pickup in 3 days about, but it took over a week with me getting it expedited myself. It
