The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal requirements mean you must buy any item(s) you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services selected.
We offer urns in a wide range of materials, including handmade paper, sand and gelatin, cornstarch, bamboo, and recycled paper. Biodegradable Urns - Water or earth biodegradable urns can be chosen for burial or scattering. Many come in a variety of colors and styles, allowing the utmost in personal choice and personalization.
At Personal Alternative Funeral Services, we want to make arrangements simple for you. We offer a large variety of containers and traditional caskets designed to meet your specifications but we'll be happy to go over them with you and answer any questions you may have. This is one of the worst funeral homes ever they upcharged everything on the charges they charged us for stuff we didn't get they held my son's ashes after they made a new invoice to include whatever charges they want to put on there we paid them in full but they had a new invoice when it was time to come receive my son's Cremation Ashes.

To whom it may concern,
My father passed away last month and had a policy/plan with your company. I have been dealing with Melissa, at the Kent office. It has honestly been a nightmare. She has caused so much more unneeded stress to an already very difficult time. I have had to contact her not less than 8 times, and am still waiting on responses, not to mention the death certificates that I specifically asked her to send to my home in Arizona

I want to say this review is strictly on customer service. A lady that works there is really rude unless it’s her personality? And if it’s her personality it truly sucks. How can you be so insulting and be unpleasant when all I am trying to do is ask you a question. And I gave Sasha the benefit of the doubt a couple of times but she is really nasty. I really hope you guys give her more training because the way she comes off to those grieving about their loved ones is just sad no one should have to encounter someone like her.

Dealing with death is never easy. Like many people I was pretty frayed emotionally when I walked into their office. Calvin sat down and took some time to talk with me and really help me in a difficult time. The considerate treatment I received through the whole process was invaluable. I highly recommend their services.
