My family's association with funeral service began in 1894 with my great-grandfather Lawrence M. Gaffney. He couldn't have known back then that his son, grandson and great-grandson would follow in his footsteps. Each generation has contributed significantly to the Gaffney family business. I first met Tim and his staff in 2013 when my father passed away and they were instrumental in getting me through a very difficult time in my life. Just last month my mother passed away and once again Gaffney was there to help guide me through another emotional loss. I had come to depend on them and they did not disappoint. True professional and caring individuals who are they when you need them and quite frankly I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my loved ones in a moment of personal loss. Gaffney Funeral Home was a blessing in helping our family prepare for Dad's funeral funeral. They led us through the process step by step. We never felt rushed or pressured. Questions were answered quickly and suggestions made upon request. On the day of the funeral mass, we felt we were in good hands as the staff took over. At the cemetery everything went smoothly even to the point of Mom's being escorted over the uneven ground to the gravesite.

We recently lost our wonderful Mother, Theresa Christiansen, and Gaffney’s Funeral Home assisted us with all the arrangements. Their entire staff there was not only very professional but very compassionate and did everything to follow our Mom’s final wishes. We would highly recommend Gaffney’s. We were very pleased with the work of Gaffney Funeral Home. Everything was handled in a professional manner and the arrangements at the church funeral and burial were fitting and dignified. When my 19 month old passed unexpectedly the last thing I wanted to do was search for a funeral home. My mother in law took on the task for us though and after contacting another funeral home we used for an… elderly family member recently and being turned away she was referred to gaffney funeral home. We were very well taken care of from the paperwork process, to her private viewing, and finally picking up her ashes. They really made an extremely difficult situation a little more bearable. We really appreciate everything the wonderful staff did for us.
