Jamie graduated at the top of her class from SJCC School of Cosmetology, the top cosmetology school in California. Since Jamie's 2001 graduation, she has become a Board Certified Cosmetologist in both California and Texas and has continued furthering her education in her craft.

I had the best experience with Jamie last week! Not only is she incredible at hair but she is super fun to talk to as well! I had very long and tangled hair that she transformed in a few hours. She gave me a complete makeover I didn't know I needed. Her blonde color and cut are on point and I feel like a new person.

Jamie has been our go-to family hair stylist for the past several years. Her salon is always extremely clean and organized. She takes tremendous pride in her work as always does a great job. I go every two and half weeks to get my haircut which is a pretty standard cut... short on the sides and some length on the top. Jamie's specialty really shows with my wife as she usually gets highlights and goes blonde. It is alway a perfect color and blend. Jamie is attentive and offers advice or suggestions in order to help make every client feel good and look good. Our kids also love going to the salon

Can't say enough about how talented Jamie is. I am incredibly lazy when it comes to hair maintenance, but she manages to make my hair look flawless with minimal effort from me. I've been going to Jamie for cuts and balayage for a while now, and I'm able to go longer between visits because she does it in a way that makes layers and highlights look just as fresh as the day you got em. When I moved up to the Bay Area...I was incredibly nervous I would not find a professional, amazing, and friendly stylist like I had in Midtown ATL. After all, no one should trust a woman who does her own hair. Finding Jamie though was a lifesaver! She has always been one for great communication, punctuality, and amazing highlights. My forever Southern mother has actually thought about just flying in to have her hair done rather than go to her current stylist because Jamie does blonde so well. If you're a blonde, you definitely want to see Jamie! She's been doing my hair for years and not only is she super talented but also just a great person as well. My hair has been changing as a result of menopause and she's always open to trying something to keep my hair looking bright blonde and amazing. She only uses products she believes in and doesn't get caught up in hype. I can keep my hair really blonde with her without the damage. She's ajways on time and you get her 100% attention. I highly recommend her!

Jamie helps me stay a natural highlighted blonde so I look like my kids' mom ! She uses multiple colors to achieve a really natural look, and it's never brassy! Life saver... or should I say Hair Saver! A clueless hairdresser destroyed my hair by leaving the bleach on for too long. I looked like Legolas from Lord of the Rings, and my hair was constantly tangled and elastic. Jamie patiently did extra thin high lights and low lights all over. It took a few hours, but between that and a haircut, my hair was back to normal. She is very knowledgeable, and always keeps up with the latest products. When I moved to Campbell a few years ago I found Jamie here on Yelp by searching blonde expert stylist. Jamie has literally transformed my hair to be the healthiest its ever been in my life! Its always been a trade off for me where coloring my hair damaged it and no one could really ever get the cut right. Updating my last review and nothing has changed...Jamie knows blondes! I have been with her for 2 years now. If you are a blonde you know how important it is to find someone that knows blondes or you end up with hideous results. Jamie is awesome. Being blonde herself, she knows how to create the most beautiful blonde sans the damage and orange color that I have had in the past. She also is a Halo vendor and wears them herself so if you are interested she is your gal. Highly recommend!

I was in DESPERATE need of a blonde specialist when we moved to the Bay Area last year. After a salon "who must not be named" died my hair blue and charged me $400 for highlights, I was back on my search for an actual expert. I found Jamie on Yelp when looking for Halo Extensions, and she has been a life saver for me!! She keeps me looking fresh, and never pushes extras or products, unless I ask for recommendations. Jamie has been my go-to hairstylist for several years now. My hair is not exactly the easiest to style but she has done absolutely the best haircuts for me ever, compared to everyone else I have tried before. I am a minority and an immigrant to this wonderful country and have no idea why there would be a review here using a "derogatory" term to describe her which is totally uncalled for. Jamie is the only hair dresser that I trust enough to say "do what you think is best". She's the hair dresser that gets me compliment after compliment, and consistently provides me with color and cut that last. She's great with blondes! Something that I appreciate is that she isn't only relying on years of practice, but continues her education to learn new/best practice. Her workspace is clean and inviting and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. We have great conversation and I trust her in every way! I will be going to Jamie for as long as I can.

Jamie is an exceptional hair stylist and worth the investment for a well-executed hair cut. I went to her for at least 10 years and followed her through multiple salons. Through all my different hairstyles over the years of my thick, Asian hair - Jamie always cut with such precision and nailed exactly the look I wanted. She is excellent with her consultations and treats you to the best scalp massage ever. I would still visit her however I have since moved across the country but one of the last things I did before I left was to get one final haircut from her! :)

I have been seeing Jamie for five-ish years now after several mediocre visits with other hair stylists. She is fantastic! You can tell that she keeps up with the latest techniques and styles. I don't get anything fancy done, but my haircuts are always exactly what I want. Since she is in a Sola Salon space, she is in her own small studio so it is a very quiet experience. (I.e. There aren't ten other people getting their hair blow dried while talking loudly in the background.) Instead, it is just you and Jamie and a very relaxing hour. I love her so much that I also take my three daughters

Before I met Jamie, I used to get $8 haircuts at a place that didn't accept appointments. At that time, I thought I was satisfied, but I didn't realize what I was missing. After my first haircut with Jamie, I knew the difference was night and day. My hair looked great and I received many compliments. Major propers go out to my new hair stylist Jamie. She's the real deal. No clippers. All scissors. Professional. She has a great studio too. You can even have a glass of wine or a beer while she gives you a top notch haircut. I absolutely love what she did to my hair. It's probably the best cut I've ever had. Seriously!

Jamie has been doing my hair for years. I always leave feeling great about myself. Her salon has a great ambiance and she even offers bubbles and beer. She's also really easy to talk to and always happy to see me. It's also really easy to make my appointment by text, but the best is she reminds me to prebook before I leave.
