Property was very nice when I moved in. It has deteriorated on the past 3 years many problems. Management is very poor. Rents keep getting higher but no improvemens to apartments. Outsidei naintained for looks. Not affordable anymore . seniors are on fixed incomes. NPR does not care about their temamts. Most of us cannot afford to move abd we are stuck here.. Rents that are listed on their ads and site are not correct. Much higher. False advertising.

When my grandmother originally moved in this facility, I thought it was the most amazing place built for the elderly to call home. The staff and residents at the time were very welcoming and respectful, but as time as progressed, the mannerism of the people (staff and residents) has gone down hill. After the first manager Lisa and her team, I have yet to see any other like they were. My grandmother has suffered from so much inequality and disrespect until it is disgusting! The residents are very rude and feel as though that they are entitled to attempt to belittle others and then want to play victim
