Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, maintenance is incredibly fast and they know what they are doing! The real issue is that we live under college kids and it's not a great situation. Not only are they pretty loud in general, they are constantly throwing parties while blasting bass and stomping alongside it. They obviously don't care people live below them and it makes it hard to relax at what I would like to call home. There's a lot of college kids that live on site, and while there are a ton of great, friendly people living here as well, your experience may vary because of it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Only been here 6 months and regretting it with every fiber. Do not be fooled. If you aren’t in college, run from this place!! Currently listening to the party upstairs after calling and complaining. They woke my 1 year old up again, 4th party this week. No one cares. Not management, not the courtesy officer no one. It’s been a constant battle. Cannot wait to leave this place!!!

I absolutely love this place, just moved in this month and Laura And Tabitha have been such good help. I was very pleased with the apartment and I’m super excited for the remaining stay. It’s been very quiet, so far on the property, and very well kept. If your looking for a nice place to stay I recommend sweet water apartments.

These apartments are very spacious with a gorgeous view. I’ve been very happy living here, until my roomates and I had an issue with an aggressive neighbor. The moment i felt unsafe and needed to take action, Katie Harmer, the Community Manager was there and helped me through the entire situation. She helped make things right and showed her professionalism through our scheduled meetings.

The apartments themselves are nice - spacious, good layout, and great light. The grounds are okay though there seems to be an ever increasing amount of dog waste as of last. There is an over abundance of college students who have little to no respect for their more mature actual adult neighbors. The manager and his staff do honestly try to make it a nice place but with college kids, it seems an uphill battle.

This is a beautiful property. My mother is looking to relocate my family from Tampa to Dade City for a better living. The Manager has helped my mother and are family so much in this transition. He is so friendly and so helpful. The staff at Sweetwater make you feel like if your at home from the moment you walk in the door. We are so excited to be part of these apartments. I'm telling all of my friends and family about this apartment.
