I currently live here and I definitely regret renting here.. The apartment is so nasty.. roaches are EVERYWHERE!! I keep my place clean and spray every week and still see them! the walls are paper thin.. you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.. the floors creak loudly with every step, the doors are not properly aligned and get stuck when opening and closing them.. My front door can easily be kicked in. and there's a huge gap on the bottom of the door. The cabinet doors are all crooked.. I can go on and on about the faults here. When I first applied for these apartments the rent was set

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not only did they illegally enter my home but then showed it while I was sleeping and woke up my 2 month old son. Ants and roaches. And Management gets in your face and rude. Not to mention the terrible quality home. Our heat almost put our apartment on fire because they do not know what theyre doing. And WAY OVERPRICED. do not rent here!!!

Do not live here! This is a very outdated complex that is absolutely filthy The company itself seems to be very irresponsible. Over my time here I have reported poor plumbing, shoddy electrical wiring, stolen mail and even vandalism without any resolution. Not to mention, the first apartment I lived in here was discovered to have a serious mold problem. They even tried to charge me a late fee for their own billing error. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the county housing authority and we'll see what happens. So Elon Properties, if you actually read this I know the truth hurts but you probably

I have lived here for 6 months. Six more to go. Had to complain about maintenance man showing me too much attention. Wrote to corporate in New Jersey. Not a good place for single females! Also very unprofessional. They have a gentleman who is mentally challenged who is a tenant and he volunteers to help the maintenance man. He gropes his groin at the females. He did it to me. I am going to contact Pasco County Housing Authority. The rental manager knows about these guys. I informed her.
