We loved living here until the new management came in a few months ago and turned the place upside down. $200 rent increases, nasty notices to your door every week about absolutely nothing (we can't have flower pots on our entry?!), terrible maintenance now who does nothing, and the office ladies- just wow is all there is to say. Apparently customer service is a thing of the past and education and manners are obsolete. We used to be proud to live here but it's a dump now and the fill in manager and assistant are rude to everyone and don't seem to know what they are doing at all. They are never

The Park at Chelsea is a nice place to live. We just moved in and the whole process was so easy and the office staff very professional and efficient. The ladies in the office have been amazing. So glad we found this place! I would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family. Alex and Melissa are The best!!!

My family lived here 5 years ago before we moved to Tampa. Before Tampa opened up in May 2020, we moved back to stay out of heavily populated areas with COVID. The management has been phenomenal and it’s definitely my favorite place to live. Our kids can be kids here, and it’s a lovely place for families.

New management in the office has been amazing! Alexandra has helped my mother when she needed it most! They have fixed all maintenance issues in a timely matter and went above and beyond! I'm so thankful my mother is in such a great community. Very kind, patient and compassionate staff. I wish I could give 100 stars.

Rolando is the maintenance supervisor. He recently took the position and is a positive asset for The Park at Chelsea. Lately, he has been working very long hours and putting in lots of extra effort due to tenant changes and Pandemic impact. Rolando did a much appreciated task for us in time for the holidays.
