We are grateful you have chosen our pediatric dental practice to care for your child's oral health. We are committed to providing the highest quality of dental care to the children of Indiana. As pediatric dental specialists, our primary mission is to make dental visits enjoyable and easy for children while helping them maintain optimum oral health.

We want your children to have a lifetime of healthy smiles! As pediatric dental specialists, we have an additional 2 years of pediatric dental training. We are specifically trained on behavior management techniques, pediatric dental treatments, general anesthesia and special needs and medically compromised pediatric dentistry beyond the scope of general dentistry.
Services
A standard of excellence in personalized pediatric dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use preventative dentistry to achieve your child's optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for your child as soon as possible.
Dr. Nicole was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Carmel, Indiana. She attended Carmel High School. She ran track and cross-country at Carmel High School. Dr. Nicole chose the field of pediatric dentistry because her father, Dr. James Weddell, founder of Weddell Pediatric Dentistry, inspired her. He taught her clinical excellence, hard work ethic, responsibility to community and the importance of loving your job.
The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of work to be done should be seen in the morning for the same reason.
Whatever the needs of your child we promise to provide them with exceptional care as we maintain the natural beauty of their little smile. Below are just some of the many procedures and services we regularly provide to our patients - with a gentle touch, and lasting results. Our goal is to make each visit enjoyable, safe and fun while providing the highest quality of treatment.
Pediatric dentistry (formerly Pedodontics/Paedodontics) primarily focuses on children from birth through adolescence. The American Dental Association (ADA), recognizes pediatric dentistry as a specialty, and therefore requires dentists to undertake two or three years of additional training after completing a general dentistry degree.

I wish that this office would realize how down hill they have become. I've brought my children here over the past 8 years and with in the past couple of times that I have brought them here for routine care, it feels as a dental mill and only about money. Dr Nicole Weddell is awesome but the staff is horrible. No consideration, ill treatment for both the patients and their parents. I thought it was just our family but no. The front office checking staff are not the same. Now the have immature girls that make fun of parents that bring their children here to their faces through a glass window that

I have attached a photo of a review for Weddell Pediatric I originally left several months ago. Mysteriously, that review was taken down. I tried reposting it, as it is still showing on my review timeline, but somehow it is not publicly available. So, I am just going to restate that I do not believe you should bring your children here. They have an issue with parents who ask questions regarding their child's care, and have poor customer service. It was not until I began receiving better quality dental care elsewhere that I realized just how low-quality their treatment is, especially when it comes

Terrible customer service and terrible dentist office! DO NOT GO HERE. They never answer your calls and when you question the dental service they want to perform on you, they immediately tell you to go get a second opinion and won’t explain why they’re doing the procedure in the first place! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

Do not take your children here. The customer service is beyond poor. They over book appointments and do not spend anytime actually answering questions and treating the children in my experience. My child had an 9:50 am appt and my child was not seen until after 10:50 am. Upon arrival I was told they were running about 15 or 20 mins behind which I understood. After about 40 mins of waiting in my car I called to ask how much longer the wait would be I was told oh another 10 mins. This time I asked are you sure b/c I was initially told 20 mins at the most then the receptionist said well maybe 15-20

I am highly disappointed in this dentistry I want here as a kid and my kids have went here since birth we have been put on a waiting list to sedate my children so that they can receive fillings to the point where the decay it’s getting worse I keep getting the runaround & keep promising a call back and I have not. Instead of doing what we need to do to get the appointment rescheduled they try to make another appointment to check on the SDS fluoride instead of just doing the procedure. No one calls back and the front desk staff are on aware of what’s going on even though they have the chart

I witnessed when one of the assistants gave the wrong parents the wrong paperwork and files. She confused both parents and their kids. Can’t imagine them confusing my child while extracting a tooth and I’m not there to see. With covid parents aren’t allowed in the back not even with younger children. I have a one year old and a nurse was going to take him back but after what I saw I’m not trusting them with my child.

Simply called and was treated unprofessionally. It is my sense that patients with state medical are treated differently than those with private insurance. This behavior on the phone filters out into the rest of the practice. I am no dummy. I called to cancel as I found a closer location and was then hung up on when I did. I'm glad I looked at the other reviews and kept calling for other locations closer. I see this problem is an ongoing issue that seriously needs to be addressed. Indiana has a serious problem with how they treat those with lower socioeconomic status and I see it with those of color
