Dr. Frasier is a native of Muncie, Indiana and attended Ball State University. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. He then completed a hospital dentistry residency at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2004. There he received extensive training in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, sedation dentistry, trauma management, and dental care for the medically compromised.

I was helping a Medicare supplement-Advantage client find a good dentist. Needing one who is in-network for her dental coverage on the Medicare plan, several other local dentists could not figure it out and was no help discouraging the client. We recently switched to Forest Creek. We had the best experience. Before the procedure, Dr. Frasier called me back to make sure I knew what was coming. After the procedure, he came out to the waiting room and sat with me to explain everything! Great bedside manner and rapport with our little guy! I went here for myself the first time this morning, this is the dentist my boyfriend uses. I had gone to the 24 Hour Dental place and had a tooth extracted and had nothing but problems. I had a dry socket and had been in pain for 10 days. I showed up at Forest Creek before they had even opened and I didn’t have an appointment. Sunny let me in, recognized me from when I’ve been in with my boyfriend (wow) saw I was in pain and took me right back. She’s so friendly! The dentist was very gentle and so kind. Turns out I have an infection. He numbed me up so I could be pain free for a bit and prescribed

I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned here for several years and could not be happier with treatment. Everyone in the office is great and Dr. Frasier has a really nice bedside manner. I did Clear Correct to straighten my teeth as I prepared for my wedding as well. Loved the results and getting my teeth cleaned at this office!

I began going to Forest Creek Family Dental before it was called Forest Creek Family Dental. I remember when Dr. Frasier first started and took over the business from the previous owner. Always a professional man, kind, and took great care to be gentle. I’ve never had a bad experience with him or the hygienists! The hygienists are thorough and gentle in their work. I couldn’t recommend Forest Creek Family Dental enough!!
I will certainly miss going here when I am no longer on my parent’s health insurance plan and have to find a dentist in Kokomo.

Our family has been going to Dr. Frasier for many years. We decided to try a dentist closer to home. We quickly decided a further drive was waaaay better than leaving Forest Creek! The staff there is so nice and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. And we can go to the dentist happily because Dr. Frasier is a super-awesome dentist, instead of being terrified.

I always get excellent care from Dr. Frasier and his staff. They have the right equipment and attention to detail to detect dental issues early and address them before they become a bigger problem, yet they have a practical approach that doesn't make me feel like they're doing more intervention than is necessary.
