This was one of the WORST Resort I ever stay at as soon as I arrive I book Carolinian 732 through third party Elliott Beach Rental. The room was not clean furniture was dirty. The room was not let the picture on the internet I had to go out to Wal-Mart to purchase cleaning supplies in order to clean every room in the Resort The laundry closet door was off the track, smoke detective hanging down from the wall, front door knob broke couldn't leave the room until someone come to fix it and to top it off I seen a roach. I put in compliant tickets with Elliott Beach Rental and reimbursement of my money

We are currently staying in the Carolinian. The place is dirty when you get there. I don't know who would call it "clean". Pots, pans, and plates were used and put back in the cupboards with food still on them. Both shower curtains have mold all over them. We had to have 4 light bulbs replaced. Everything is sticky and you can see where spills happened and weren't wiped up. We have found food in random places on the floor. We requested new pots and pans and shower curtains and are still waiting. Such a disappointment.

Stayed at Beach colony resort, 2 bedroom condo, which would've been fine if the room was ever cleaned. Elliott's guidelines are checkout by 10am, check-in 3-5. It was 8pm, room filthy. Contacted elliott rental and was told they could not help until the following day. Should I sleep in my car or on the beach? The gentleman had no answer and told us someone would call us back. No one ever called. I would not recommend using their service. There are several other rental facilities to choose from.

We stayed in Lily Pad. This house is awesome. It was perfect for our extended family of 12 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of space to eat, sleep and play. The children loved the air hockey table and had a blast in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware which was great for a family that loves to cook big family dinners.
Elliot Realty had appropriate measures in place for the Covid-19 at the office and rental. We were pleased that our sheets and towels were wrapped in plastic instead of already on the beds.
I only gave it 4 Stars because it advertises

It is always a pleasure to rent from Elliott. Their service is great. We did a late check-in and was very easy and fast. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirt. We called next morning and they offer to send someone to clean. We refused for safety reasons. The resort it’s good. We had a good time and we recommend Elliott

I’ve been booking through Elliot for our annual vacation for years, but this year sealed the deal and I will use them forever! We had a problem with our rental we booked. I called the office and spoke with a representative and she tried to help best she could. I went into the rental office and they solved my issue in every way! They were professional, kind, understanding, and really aimed at making sure we were happy and comfortable! They even recommended some awesome restaurants!!

CATFISH WARNING! KORNER KOTTAGE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE . Mold and mildew in closets and air conditioners. Broken sinks and shower. Broken windows, doors and stairs. Peeling paint and holes in floor and walls. The pictures displayed on the site were wonderful but if I could rate it less that one star I would!!! They wouldn't even give me a discount for the massive inconvenience and dirty/ broken house: I took my shoes off and my feet turned black the floor was so dirty! Some of the beds weren't even mattresses but instead only box springs! They sent a "repair man" who did nothing

We enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Pals Up but do have some recommendations...a shower curtain for the shower in the master bedroom would have been great. Also, I recommend curtains for all the bedrooms.
We read that there was an absolute “no pet policy” at this rental but when we arrived there was a fair amount of white dog hair all over the couch.
There was easy access to the beach, which was enjoyable. We could also see the ocean from the front porch which was great.

We have used Elliott Beach Rentals in the past and have not had any major issues, but the property we stayed at in December 2019 at Pier Watch 1 unit 305 is in lackluster condition. It’s being advertised as a luxury property but it is not in luxury condition. The property has not been maintained and is in need of updating and repairs. The entire unit needs fresh paint. There was peeling paint and cracks in the walls. The kitchen tile was cracked in several places and was cracked and loose in the upstairs bathroom. This has to be one of the most filthiest places in Myrtle Beach. We stayed at 705 37th Ave. S. in North Myrtle Beach. The house was full of MOLD BED BUGS and DIRT !!!! I will post pictures. Please DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I will just post the pictures and let you guys judge. By the way this house was supposed to be one of there "Luxury"rentals ALL LIES. This company is a rip OFF !!!

As a condo owner who used this group this season, I suggest any owner to think twice before entering into contract with them. Check, check check your statements. Be aware they charge $104 to clean your unit after the guests or even you leave and they keep the difference before their advertised commission fees. You are charged $30 to have one of their agents check your unit after having one of their recommended contractors there. These fees are in addition to the Processing fees that are supposed to cover cleaning and credit card fees. I don't know of any other company that does summer
