Paid for oceanfront for my handicap mother to stay in, however they put her across the street and the lazy river is outside her balcony. manager was unwilling to accommodate or correct there error.... while standing at the reservation desk for over an hour they had several calls from other customers complaining about there rooms condition and they were told there's nothing that could be done. I strongly suggest you stay somewhere else this place cares nothing about the customer only the money

We had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and stocked. Pools were great. 3500 Ocean Grill was wonderful. Hostess, Bartender, Chef and waitresses were fantastic. They Went above and beyond the 3 times we had dinner there. Food was great! Can’t wait to go back to Prince Resort again!
