Aaron Arguello is our G.I.A. certified jeweler with 16 years of experience. He started his career in San Diego California, where he apprenticed under a twelfth generation Native American master jeweler as manager of a custom design store. He later helped manage the number one Fast Fix Watch and Jewelry Repair store in the country in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he became an expert watch technician.
We use the latest repair technology to ensure the most profesional results. Laser welding makes what was impossible possible. We can fuse almost any metal with micro-weld precision and efficiency, setting a new standard for the repair industry. We value customer satisfaction, guarantee all of our work, and will take the time to answer all of your questions.

This is an update to a previous review where I detailed this business taking my antique diamond watch to repair the mechanism and instead putting in a battery operated mechanism without telling me and charging $160. Yesterday I took my watch to European

In this era, I'm sure most patrons like to feel welcome, valued, and taken care of to some degree. At this point, customer service/satisfaction is important. I've been to this location I would like to say 5 times within the last two years.
I'm face to face on average with at least 150 ppl a month at my place of business, and see my guest once maybe twice a year. Ironically, I remember most of them. Again, customer service is important and I like my guest to feel valued when they visit.

Needed my watch battery replaced and this place was near my home so I thought I'd give them a try. As I entered I was greeted warmly right away. They immediately got to work on my watch and had me on my way in 5 minutes. The price for the battery change and service were a great value. Seems like a business with great integrity. This is a great local business to support.

Phenomenal service at a great price! Right away I was struck by how neat and clean this place was, because most of the jewelry/ watch repair shops I've been to are not! I brought in a few watches and a broken necklace and they fixed both watches tremendously fast, and set me up with a quality, new necklace chain for about the price it would cost to fix. So I walked out with everything taken care of in a matter of minutes.
They were very friendly and happy to help, and even gave me a one year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! :)
