At Riverfront Athletic Club, we have a very comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you - your long- and short-term goals as well as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits.
While running on the treadmill, working out on the elliptical machine, and lifting weights are all excellent forms of exercise, it is always a good idea to change up your workout routine by taking a class. When your body gets used to an exercise, your muscles are no longer being challenged.

When your body gets used to an exercise, your muscles are no longer being challenged. Variety in your workout routine will keep your body guessing, resulting in a more successful workout.
Being able to workout is integral to a healthy life, but there are some places that make this difficult because they have atmospheres that are not conducive to learning and growing. With this in mind, Riverfront Athletic Club was created so that all the people of Hudson could find a place to improve themselves.

I love the people, the staff, the business, the price, the river outlook, the classes, and love the size. For the price, location, and quality. Hands down, best gym around. You guys have really done a great job for the community. Love this gym. Has showers, lockers, karate, instructors- super nice, water/drinks available to purchase, and I've seen a few people that I know. I brag to people about this gym. Thank you Riverfront for all that you do. ❤

I joined "The Rack", as it is called by locals, when I moved from St. Paul in 2020 to escape the riots in the Twin Cities. I really like this gym. Easy going staff, reasonable prices, and good equipment. The equipment is a bit of a hodgepodge, but everything that matters is high quality (most notably their bars). They allow chalk, which is awesome, and is kept clean. It can get crowded, but is not enough to be an issue, even at peak times. The members are easy going, friendly. It has a "live and left live" vibe, which is fun. I would recommend.

Disappointing. Had a great experience first time around. Not the case upon return.
Was told about guest/drop in policy by front desk staff only to be told the exact opposite the next day by management. When I tried to explain the conversation I was rudely cut off and told I was “making stuff up.” Appears management and staff are not aligned on policies and customers pay the price for their inconsistencies or are told they’re “lying.”
At a time when they could be welcoming new members and making money, it appears they’d rather have bad customer service practices.

I can only rave about Riverfront! I've been at this gym for 3 years and I love this gym! Like a family here! Not of a lot of intimidating equipment hogs here- everyone is super friendly and shares space. There are four different dumbbell racks in this gym so you are guaranteed to find a weight you need even if it is busy (this includes the one in the turf room). Lots of cardio equipment in front of giant windows so you can overlook the St. Croix river while you're on burning calories. Friendly staff and the owners are always around. New equipment is always being brought in and updated

Nice facilities! Good rates, decent equipment and a lot of gear you won't find in most gyms. Some of the cardio equipment is great, but a some of the treadmill are older. They are always upgrading or adding something new. Plenty of dumbbells and plates. I love the Total Fitness room, just wish it was open when the desk wasn't staffed. Locker rooms are decent, small, but it's never been crowded. Staff is pleasant and the owner is around often.
