Ordered food from here tonight like we have every Christmas Eve for as long as I can remember. We placed our order through Beyond Menu, as we’ve done before without any issue. We get there and waited in line for 20 minutes. 40 minutes after our pick up time, we finally get up to the counter. They immediately charged us for the food before telling us that they hadn’t even started making it. Their excuse was they got so busy they just stopped paying attention to the online orders. I completely understand being slammed as it is a holiday, but to keep your online ordering open and just never check

One star ⭐️. Expensive food, late service and best thing for one start is rudest employees ever. They don't know how to do business in America. I don't recommend this location for chinese food.

Usually my go to place to Chinese food in Crofton, but did they raise the prices? I picked up an order today and was charged almost $1 over the menu price for each meal. No explanation, and no receipt was given. I understand inflation, but an increase in price is not worth it for the portion sizes.

In the past this place was great. But over the past year the restaurant has taken a major dive in quality and service. Just tonight they messed up my order and Wouldnt listen to me explaining what they had messed up. But when it finally was resolved it took them more than an hour to deliver the correction. When delivered the rest of the family was done eating. This is our last time for this local spot.

We have been ordering from Hunan Express for many years. They deliver freshly cooked (piping hot) food quickly and the staff is super friendly. It tastes great and the price is reasonable! Hunan Express is our go-to Chinese place. We highly recommend it.

Small portions. The sesame chicken was mushy. The fried rice was good. Unexpectedly they put broccoli and cabbage in the vegetable fried rice. The pot stickers were a little small and were so-so.

NEVER coming back here again. Ordered kung pow chicken, and it was completely filled to the top with sauce so essentially a soup. I had to drain it in my kitchen sink. Not only that, the chicken was chewy. I called to ask for a refund and they told me no and to drive back for a replacement order. Wth! Never ever again!!!! Horrible food and even worse "customer service "

Never got through placing my order, the lady at the counter was extremly rude and worthless. They would be better of setting up a kiosk vice providing customer service. I walked out and drove to Vin Noodle instead.
