Shad Hart is a certified fitness trainer and nutritional specialist located in Hermosa Beach, California. Shad is an experienced pre / post natal fitness trainer, weight loss specialist, and athletic strength coach. He offers in-home and private training to men and women within the South Bay Area: Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Playa del Rey, Marina del Rey, Palos Verdes, and to individuals in additional cities throughout the world via Shad's online remote fitness training programs.

As a private fitness trainer, I have dedicated my life to improving the physical and mental health for men and women alike, through my personalized training and counseling in fitness, exercise, nutrition, flexibility and body balance. It is my mission to coach each individual to push their physical limits and refine their confidence with the end goal of leading them toward their optimal body and lifestyle.
With over 10 years of private training experience, Shad can help you get into shape, reduce body fat, increase core strength, and make a total lifestyle change. Shad offers private training sessions to clients in and around the Los Angeles, South Bay Area including: Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, El Segundo and Palos Verdes.
Whether you're looking to lose weight for a wedding, get in beach body shape for your next vacation, or just eager to shed body fat for the summer, my one-on-one private strength training sessions will focus on full body strength and athletic conditioning. I break my workout plans in to 6 to 8 week cycles.
Prenatal Fitness is one of my most favorite types of training with my female clients. Your physical health will never be more important than when you are pregnant and carrying a child. Developing a focused pregnancy exercise plan is vital to your health and wellness, and has been found to significantly prepare new mothers for the birth labor process.
My weight loss training program is geared toward the beginner with a focus on weight loss, body fat loss and nutrition awareness. Each program will be broken into 8 week program cycles on improving flexibility, cardiovascular health, body balance control and mental and physical confidence. The principal goal of this weight loss workout plan is to instill confidence, develop physical endurance and build lean muscle while shedding body fat.

Shad is an EXCELLENT trainer! His attention to form is so important to me since I have suffered some pretty bad back injuries. He is great at keeping you motivated and encouraged, always pushing you but not to the point of death. ;) He pushes you to the point of YES, I CAN DO THIS!

Shad Hart is the BEST private fitness trainer in the Southbay (Hermosa / Manhattan Beach) Area! He is incredibly professional - always on time with a positive attitude and an amazing workout planned. I have had some bad experiences with trainers who didn't really know what they were doing - who ended up injuring me. First I tried to figure this whole get "in shape" thing out on my own. Watched endless YouTube videos and read articles all of which completely contradicted each other. Overwhelmed, I began working with an overpriced trainer whose advice ended up severely damaging my metabolism. Ironically, After three months I looked and felt the worst I'd ever been in my life. I have trained with Shad and love my results. I gained great muscle definition. I came to him with a goal of increasing muscle and defining my back muscles and that is exactly what I got.
