This class combines an array of weight training movements, plyometric and core exercises along with a daily cardio challenge. You will utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slamballs, plyo boxes, row machines, jump ropes and the Rogue Echo bike along with body weight set to various times and reps.
Want to burn extra calories? Need extra cardio work? How about a new stress reliever? This is the class for you! BodyCon is 45-60 minutes of heart-pumping, calorie-burning, sweat-dripping cardiovascular conditioning.

I have been a proud member of Body One for over 9 years. I started out just looking for a way to get in some cross training to help with injuries I was experiencing from my marathon training. What was going to be an every once in a while gym became my 5 day per week passion.
Lou and his team put together such a great variety of exercises daily that I never need to wonder what to work on. And if the workouts weren't good enough, the B1 community is what has kept me renewing my membership year after year. I love this place! I have recommended this gym to countless people and would recommend to anyone

I tried BodyOne a few years ago off a Class Pass in Redondo and was impressed at the level of difficulty. Then moved to PV and have been going there for around two years and am can't tell you how happy I am. Erik is an amazing train or with who brings a level of care and professionalism that you don't see often. If you mention an ailment, he won't only make accommodations but also research how he can help with your mobility to assist you in reaching your goals.

I'm so happy Body One opened a second location in RPV! I love the programming! It is very well thought out. My strength and endurance has greatly improved already. You are non stop moving for the full hour and guaranteed to feel energized and sweaty when the class ends. Lou is awesome! He provides feedback, corrections and scaling if needed. Couldn't be happier with this gym!

I was staying in Redondo Beach for work for a few days and was looking for a workout class since my hotel didn't have a gym. I came across Body One Fitness after Google searching for fitness studios near me. BOF offered a two class package for $15 so I decided to try it and it was one of the best workouts I've ever had. Lou was great and demonstrated the proper techniques for all exercises. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area looking for a great workout program!

In town for work and my beautiful hotel was lacking a gym. I was determined to "get it in" while in town so I found Body One courtesy of Yelp. This was an awesome gym. I walked in and it instantly felt like family. Lou the owner made me feel like one of his tribe even though I was a short timer. He's very personable and motivational and calls you by name. Now this is not for the faint of heart- as you will put in some work, but it is so worth it!!!

I chose this class via ClassPass because I need more cardio in my life and boy am I glad I did! It was an intense challenge. I took BodyCon with Angie and worked my butt off. Supposedly there aren't weights but I did feel some exercises had 'weights' whether it was dumbbells or slam balls. There was some running incorporated. I felt invigorated and inspired after class. It was definitely a challenge and I couldn't wait until class was over (but in a good way haha!). Great camaraderie w/ the other attendees too. Angie is motivating and helped with adjustments. Music was great

It's more than just a gym ... Lou has created something special here. The workouts are intense and challenging and even "fun". In addition to getting a great workout, you can make some great friends, family even. Working out with people that are really like minded creates a fun and challenging atmosphere. I'm doing workouts that I never imagined I'd do and I'm more fit and confident because of Lou and B1. Come check it out!

Great gym with a great culture. Coming up on my one year mark and classes are still just as challenging as the first one. Awesome trainers who are very knowledgeable and are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I've been to my fair share of gyms and everything about body one is top notch.

This place is legit if you wanna get really fit. My favorite trainers are Angie and Lou. They are great motivators and they really pay attention to your form during class. You feel like you're getting one on one training but for way less money. The other folks who attend help challenge you as well. Everyone is really nice and it's impossible for you to not see results if you stick with it. Parking is easy and online check ins are simple. They have consistent time slots in the morning and in the evening as well as weekends.

Great workout! I've been going for two weeks now in an effort to enhance my marathon training. I've seen results already and can't wait to see how much more I'll improve.
Lou knows what he's doing and caters the workouts for the members that are in each class. I'm really glad I joined this gym. I'd highly recommend it to someone looking for a total body workout.

On most weekdays my alarm goes off at 5:35. Then 5:40. Half awake, I get to Body One by 5:50.
I see the familiar faces of the 6am-ers while the 5am-ers finish up. We chat and stretch, and before you know it, Lou gives us our warmup instructions and our hour of a nonstop, challenging, awesome workout begins!
I wanted to join crossfit, but not actual crossfit-- a little cultish for me. At Body One you never know what you are going to get, but it's always great. Lou watches to make sure you understand the correct form, and pushes you to improve. He is friendly and encouraging while still pushing

Body One Fitness is hands down the best gym in the South Bay. I joined Body One about 9 months ago. I first tried it out via the "Unlimited $99 Yelp Deal" and after just a week of going, knew it was the right fit for what I was looking for. I was athletic in High School, but let myself go in college. Two years post-college, I still hadn't gotten back into a healthy routine, but Body One got me back on track.

This gym is exceptional.
It is an hour of intense self-driven but group motivated strength/fitness training.
There is really nothing like it anywhere. It has the high-intensity weight training aspects of cross fit but is most definitely not the cult/intimidating culture of cross fit. You determine your effort and how hard you want to make it.
It is perfect for anyone like myself who will never have the patience to make it through a "normal" gym workout.
I need to sweat and constantly be moving toward a new goal. The 15 minute sets with varying whole body targets to hit in that

If you think your exercise routine is enough, you haven't experienced this challenging self-driven, environment. Build your body your own way, at your own pace, and keep yourself motivated by the increasing challenge as you hit each benchmark you set for yourself, and realize that there is more you can do. I've lived in the South Bay my whole life. I have worked out here as a class participant, a trainee, a competitive athlete and as a group fitness instructor. You name it, I have done it, here in the So Bay. When I found Body One Fitness, I knew for sure that I was on to something exceptional! Lou's unique method of driving a class keeps me focused and NEVER bored (boredom is usually the catalyst that enables you to quit ). He also has class times that fit everyone's schedule (another quit catalyst). There are so many options for workouts in the South Bay, but so few perpetuate real strength enhancement

Body One Fitness is perfect for someone who wants a challenge, wants to get stronger, and have fun! I joined Body One Fitness about a year ago because I wanted to mix up my workout routine and exercise in a group setting. I was bored of running alone and designing my own workouts. I was a collegiate athlete, so I knew I would enjoy working out with other people who love to push themselves. Body One is exciting, has a variety of workouts each week, and is definitely a lot of fun. The atmosphere at Body One is always positive and Lou encourages and pushes everyone. It's definitely worth trying out

Body One is the best place to workout, period. Each day is uber challenging and fun at the same time. Lou is constantly mixing up the workouts - each day is different. He incorporates cardio (sprints, rowing, jumping rope, etc) with weight training for a killer workout. On any given day, you will find guys with big muscles hitting Lou's classes along side individuals who may just be getting back into working out after years off. While each workout is intense, Lou will help you scale it down if you are a beginner or push you to give you the hardest workout ever. You will probably also make new friends

I decided to check this place out. I walked in and there was a trainer named Lou who introduced himself to me and i told him what I was looking for. From beginning to end, he told me the different type of workouts, how his class is taught and how to signup for classes. I got there when the class started and Lou would tell me exactly what was going on. He told me that if I just wanted to try out his classes that they have a introductory package for 2 days which is $15. I went back there the following week and I will tell you that it is harder then it looks but it is well worth it. I am going
