Horrible place to stay, they will use every excuse to take your deposit and add to it to make more to there pockets, they don't care about the tenants and they will find any reason to try to evict you plus the owner is a horrible person. they're always theft in those apartments, you can't use your backyards the way you would like and they add any rules to suit there wants and needs etc.. AVOIDING THESE APARTMENTS IS THE BEST THING TO DO TRUST ME!!!

I really don't like this apartment complex, because That obese woman in the office felt the need to leave a four-year-old little girl outside in the evening outside in the cold because we weren't on the lease even when the renter contacted them. The fact that they terminated our lease because the microwave wasn't working , it wasn't working over a year and they never fixed it but they said that we fail to let them know which it wasn't the truth, but if you want pain in the behind landlords this is the place to go, you'll grow to hate them. They don't allow

We turned in our application late October 2020 and our deposit early November 2020. Laura never called us back or gave us a clear answer on when we could move in. Eventually we bought a house instead so January 18th, 2021 we decided to get out money back so we signed a paper saying we were pulling our name off the wait list and we would receive our money in 7-21 business days. We haven't gotten it. If only I had read about her sooner. I go in today and there is new management that knows she was committing fraud because they told me that's why she got fired and it doesn't seem like

I wish I was able to leave no star review, this has been horrendous. Laura the manager gives you the run around d I provided her a first months deposit since August with a move in date November 1st, I was coming from Oceanside California. It's now December and she has gave me the run around and excuse after excuse . When I went to pick up my refund it took me weeks to actually get a response , I had to contact the main owner Tom Hardt. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I highly recommend reading the reviews on google as well. Almost every person has had a similar negative experience. Laura & Tom Hardt, are extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and overall have zero empathy. They will not give you an estimated movie in date & keep you waiting for months. Also, you will have to be the one to reach out & consistently ask them for updates because they simply do not care to keep you waiting after giving you a false sense of security & taking your investment. I've been calling this place to find out availability and no one ever answers but the person at the desk will text me back to tell me she's unavailable and to feel free and leave a voicemail or text back but will never get back to me. I have went in person but I need an appointment to go inside and speak to the people in the office which is impossible since no one ever answers or reaches back out to you.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. This place took my daughter money in May with a move in date for July. Then they ignored her didnt return her calls and continued to give her the run around. She then was told her apartment would be ready last week in July. When the day came again they ignored her gave her the run around again said they schedule her to get the keys and then again lied had excuse after excuse. The whole experience was awful and stressful what this office does is unethically and wrong and they dont care the stress and pain they cause to family.

The worst experience with this company they lie to you saying they have apartments available when they actually don't. Laura the manager is nice at first until you put down the deposit that's when everything changes they are not available they don't answer the phones when you call since they screen the calls. I put down my deposit and first months rent on November 14,2019and was told that an apartment would be available in the middle of December well December came and went and I never received a phone call there was never a apartment available after waiting so long I finally withdrew

My fiancé and I have been apartment searching. We finally came upon this place in November. They said they didn't care about credit & we were told that we got approved. We put down our deposit in November & the first months rent in December. We were told that putting our first months rent would rush the process. Then, after I texted the manager for an update, she responded saying that the apartment would be available on the 17th of January. We put time off at work just to be told a day before that it wasn't going to be ready on the 17th & the assistant would have to call

Looks like it could have been a nice place to live. However, the people that work there are not trustworthy or probably just want your application money. We submitted our application with the information that there were units available to move in right away on first come first serve. A day after we submitted our application and got approved, they said there's no more unit available. The next week I called inquiring about units available to move in right away, they say yes and told me to apply. I did not tell them I was approved already. I hang up and have my wife call back right away saying that

PLEASE be aware I would recommend you to not rent here. Management is a scam they act like they help and are nice to you in the beginning but aren’t. I gave first months rent and deposit and they had me wait like three months until they had something available. Moved in a week before the month started didn’t tell me about the prorate fee for that week then called and said I was late when they didn’t even tell me how much I needed to pay. These were the best apartments I lived in. Never had any issues always felt comfortable and the manager Laura was always there to help if I had any issues. They have security that patrols which made me feel safer. Would definitely go back if I decided to downsize. Nice community to live in for sure and close to feeeway!

Don't waste your time with them. They seem super nice until you move in. Jennette the one that you always have to deal with is just rude on the phone, or whenever you have to talk to. I didn't want to deal with them during inspections because they harassed us. 2 weeks before my baby was born she came in and had a fit because my freezer was to full to her. Yea of course i had food but it was not overly full i was having a baby and needed to be prepared with easy meals. They always complain about your carpet and make you use a specific cleaning company that does a terrible job. When ever they say

ПI have lived here 2+ years - never had a problem with either the owner or property management team. Wonderful property! Well maintained streets/ peaceful neighborhood- love the little back yard and not having to do any yard work!! Great neighbors too-friendly, families, considerate of each other. My family and I lived there for 2 years it was a good experience until you move out the landlord does your walk through for the reimbursement of deposit but charges you for things that were already there when first moved in. They don't work with you, management is on a high horse doesn't care about working with you. I would NOT recommend to anyone, unless you want to be charged and your money taken! !!
