Eat'N East Asian Cuisine

If I wanted fake crab legs in my shrimp and lobster sauce I would have ordered fake crab ! Yes I had 5 medium size shrimp with 8 small pieces of carrots and 9 peas . I do not recommend getting this dish.

Highly recommend this place! Lunch specials with soup and salad- lots of food and quality chicken in our entrees. We had chicken and broccoli and Gen Tsao chicken, edamame, and eggrolls. Soup was hot and delicious- egg drop. The edamame was perfectly cooked and lightly salted. Our delivery was on time and perfectly packed! It came with soy sauce- I wish I had asked for hot sriracha, but I forgot! Eggrolls were crispy and large, filling wasn't super flavorful and sweet/sour sauce was also different than I'm used to, however this place is so good for the value and I truly wish we had restaurants

I ordered sushi from here tonight as I have many times before. Tonight I ordered the Passion Sushi dinner, I substituted the spicy tuna roll for the salmon avocado roll, much to my surprise when I picked up the food they up charged me even though the roll I got was a lesser price. I called to inquire why and was met with a stone wall. I was told it was a repacking charge. It didn't make sense until I started eating and then I realized the meal had been made and stored for hours. It was not worthy of eating. I called back and was told they could care less. I will never order from there

I'm leaving 3 stars reluctantly. We've ordered delivery a few times and were satisfied. This past Friday not so much.
As a habit we tip the delivery person in cash even if we're paying by card. The delivery person seemed to have a problem with this. My wife tipped cash which he took, then began insisting she write the tip dollar amount in the tip field of the receipt. Anyone that's ever handled these transactions knows the amount written in that field gets additionally charged.

Never get sushi here. I got 2 rolls. 1 spicy tuna, 1 California. Spicy tuna wasn’t even a little spicy and tasted like nothing. California roll tasted sour and mushy. Massive chunks of rice was missing from every roll. Also for $6 for these basic rolls and only 6 of them, you better be at least using fresh ingredients and/ OR having someone who can roll sushi without having all of the rice fall off. 0/5

Eat 'N East is a step above all the other local Asian food places in and surrounding Branchburg. Why? I think it’s because all the food is so fresh, that you can tell when you eat it. I like all ‘Chinese/Asian food’, however it all generally tastes the same to me, in a good way. However this place seems to be step above all the others, and I have never said that about Chinese/Asian food (and I am not young and have been eating Chinese/Asian food for decades now).

5 stars for several reasons. #1 they are willing to customize my sushi order. I really hate raw fish but love some of the rolls it comes in and they are willing to substitute crab for me. #2 Fresh! A few places around me I've had slimey cucumber or the rice just falls apart when you pick it up because it's so dry but not with Eat'N East! You can tell the difference in the freshness of their sushi. #3 overall just really nice hardworking people. Definitely check them out!

Pretty average to me, do not get Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp it plain battered shrimp with walnuts, i guess that what description says but not worth 13.50. Sushi was ok a portion of Kani salad was very small, Maybe i would try again . All of these good reviews cant be wrong

I have never had such bad fried rice. Miso soup was fine but the rice had no taste. Disappointed

Consistently the best sushi around! Love this place! Love the fact that they deliver! Love that they give the ability to order your Asian cuisine of choice: Japanese, Chinese or Thai. Most restaurants tend to slide back in quality as time goes on and chefs come and go. Eat 'N East does not falter. I highly recommend to all my friends and family!!

The sushi and sashimi were so fresh and tasty (himself even ate the carrots and celery lol). I got walnut shrimp that was delicious. It was more battered than what I'm used to, but the shrimp had the tails removed so I could pop the end right in my mouth. The delivery was fast and the people at the shop were super friendly and nice. I can't wait to order again!

Delicious food!! I always get the chicken teriyaki and it is amazing!!! Lots of sauce and my mom loves the onions with the sauce! My sister always gets the spicy tuna roll and adds another roll each time we go. We have spent 4 birthdays here and always have great service! This is my sisters 17 birthday and we are getting take out. I can't wait to have it again tonight! I 100% recommend

While the food for take out has been reasonably good the management during this pandemic is taking advantage of the situation . Two different times the bill did not reflect the prices on the take out menu . This time for a $12.50 item as printed on their takeout menu I was charged $15.00 - When I questioned them I was told they had price increases. I said you have takeout menus sitting here piled up wouldn't you think it appropriate to put a sign Stating that there has been price increases. These little restaurants tucked away in strip malls usually are the greatest gems. Eat'N East is no exception. This place is probably one of my families biggest go-tos when it comes to take out. The staff is friendly and it's pretty refreshing to find a take out place that is open past nine in this area. (They are open until 10 most nights, 11 Friday and Saturday). They are right next to the Dunkin' on 202, ya can't miss 'em.

Some of my family's favorite, have to get dishes are the singapore mei fun, the little dumplings, roast pork lo mein, and their eel avocado

I had a safe meal here as they were able to cook Asian food in a white sauce gluten free no cross contamination. Miso soup also gf. Food was very good.

Great food, arrived fast. We ordered from Eat n East for the first time today. Sashimi for me and a Chinese entree with fried rice for my husband. I ordered the sashimi a la carte which cost me $40 instead of ordering the sashimi dinner which costs $20. This allowed me to choose the pieces I wanted but I think $40 is pretty pricey. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say. Sashimi tasted fresh and was beautifully prepared in the little to go box. Will dine here again!

Had lunch there, food was very good. The vegetables are fresh and ingredients are authentic. Our server was very polite and attentive. Would visit more frequent if I wasn't 4 hours away.. pic is the Singapore noodles and beef lomein.

Food was great, tasted good, looks good. We loved it. Unfortunately, All the good stuff ends there. We felt like, the waitress here was so mad at us, for our poor knowledge of Chinese food. She was actually yelled at us when we asked about food. She forgot to get some water before serving food. Well that’s fine, human errors right? Well we asked her to get some water for us.. she just brought one glass of water for two people.. We don’t want to get yelled again, didn’t ask a thing later. Never mind, I took it little personal as she was yelling at my girlfriend. Thanks for great food.

This is some of the least appetizing Chinese food I have ever had. It looked gross. It tasted gross. I spit out half of the dishes I tried. Don't bother.

Pretty good food, but their portions are very small compared to other places. Their egg rolls are especially tiny; 2 of them could equal one regular roll.

The first time we tried this place, I ordered online and it wasn't good. Apparently, they prefer if you call for take-out.

Overall: good food, but their portions need to be larger for the price.

I find this restaurant to be very underrated. Foods good. The fried rice could use more seasoning. The Thai food is actually very very good. I got chicken with the red curry sauce and it had very good flavor. One thing that I definitely want to talk about is the sushi. Most Chinese restaurants that have sushi aren't too great at keeping the fish fresh. Sometimes I worry about ordering raw salmon or tuna, but not at this place. The sushi is always so fresh and has great flavor. I love the beauty Alaska roll and anything with raw tuna. Definitely will continue to come back for the sushi

I must say I am rather disappointed! Ordered a Naruto roll with tuna, a general tsaos chicken combo and a small side of Lo Mein and it came to $29! So it was rather pricy but worst of all the food was not good at all. I had to throw it away. What a waste

First time I've ever gone here. Will be my last. Food was very mediocre. Japan noodles were weird. Slimy really fat udon. Reminded me of Chef Boyardee. General Tso was ok but a little greasy. Miso soup was meh. Gyoza was meh.

Worse than the food though was I called for pickup, was told 25 minutes, got there in 25 and had to wait another 30 minutes! If it's going to take that long, tell me and I won't show up so early and have to stand around in your hot and crowded waiting area. I understand things get busy, but you should know you're backed up when I place the order

I went with the Basil Noodles. They contained noodles with shrimp, chicken, bell peppers, and eggplant in a hot and chili sauce. This dish was not hot at all. I added some of the hot mustard to this dish to bring some heat. There was very limited chicken in this dish. I believe there were 3 pieces of shrimp, which I found was acceptable. It was alright. I was disappointed with the lack of spice. I did not really taste the hot and chili sauce.

I'm a regular here.. . . Amazing sushi- ALWAYS fresh! I usually go on Fridays to Sundays.

1). Rock Shrimp Tempura (it's an appetizer) it comes with a delicious spicy mayo dipping sauce. I also like a little soy sauce on them. Yummm!

2).Spicy Thai Chicken and Shrimp with Cashews. Absolutely amazing! It comes with veggies and it has some bite.
