With over 15 years of experience in coaching various sports, Justin has dedicated the last several years of his life to the sport of CrossFit.
As you move from your introductory classes to the main classes, you'll find a few things that may be different. But don't let that scare you. Here's what you can expect as you start out with our classes. Take a look at your Wodify app to view the class schedule. You'll see several options to join a class and, if you want, you can view the workout.

Greenbrier Fitness is by far the very best in every category - environment, professionalism and FUN! I am seeing real results due to the instruction of my trainers and everyone is so encouraging! They meet you where you are (abilities, endurance, etc)and take you where you want to go. GBF has not only helped me physically but mentally as well. I feel so good and so much better about myself each time I go!
The staff definitely makes sure you know you are part of “The Pack”!

Family friendly environment with positive / helpful coaches and clientele. Wide range of age groups and levels of fitness that merge well with the structure of the "class" environment. There is typically free space if you want to focus on accessory skills or enjoy a "bro lift.." A place where you can go push yourself daily and enjoy the experience. Highly recommend checking them out.

Really enjoyed being a part of this pack! They have so many different coaches that bring something unique to the table. Also they helped keep me going in order to remain a part of the community even after surgery which I really appreciated. All of the members are so welcoming too!

I started my journey to personal fitness at Greenbrier Fitness. I was nervous about joining a gym. It was a whole new world. The trainers and staff at Greenbrier were welcoming, taught me how to train, encouraged me to push through when I wanted to give up and celebrated my successes (even the little ones) as though I was a world class athlete. Awesome family run business with a true interest in being a part of your journey.

Greenbrier Fitness has a Great staff of coaches that provide a complete/challenging workout with a piece of mind; that your form is correct, to prevent injury and the workout classes are offered in a range of convenient times to meet the most demanding schedules.
I have to mention, the guys and gals you participate with are Awesome folk, that also encourage and cheer for your success.
I could not ask for a better workout experience.

I started and quickly saw noticeable results. Eventually, my wife and two teenage daughters (17 & 13) went with me earlier this year (mainly out of curiosity). Starting at a new gym can be challenging, but the team at Greenbrier Fitness made it easy for my family to jump in and get results.
Now, we all look forward to going together each week. We work primarily with Paige Orlando, who has a Master's Degree and years of experience as a fitness instructor. She and her team are some of the most competent, patient, and motivating coaches I have encountered.

Thanks to Greenbrier fitness I was able to lose 40 pounds or more. They taught me the skills and form necessary to succeed. I use this info when I’m not there to get the best out of my work out, but of course nothing compares to being in this gym and being in their program.
