I have been renting from them for almost a year and never had an issue with them. The house has had a few problems but all it took was a phone call to them and they had someone out to fix them. Since they use professionals to do the work it might take a day or two for someone to come out but I can guarantee they won’t leave until the problem is properly fixed. I look forward to staying with them till I retire.

Terrible people to do business with find someone else to rent from. Do not trust these people They denied me because of our previous landlord but down on his paper he wouldn't rent to us again even though it showed we paid our rent on time every month for over a year. So I called him to find out way he said it was because of our oldest son that he got complaints about him not because of us. But AIM didn't bother asking us why or him.They just assumed it was us. Our son was living with us at that time and he had girl friends coming over. They were much worst things going on in that place. But AIM

Very dishonest business. They bait-and-switch me. Showed me a nice apartment and gave me one with huge stains on the carpet. Due to time constraints I had to take that apartment. When I had a rodent stuck in my wall they told me that was due to Nature and they would not help me with it. They refused a final walk-through with me and then took my deposit. Stay far away from this business if you can.

When I moved in the place was not too bad some things here and there but I didint think anything of it. When I moved out I made sure to clean everything get the carpets professionally cleaned. When they did their walk through they docked me for things that were the same as when I moved in. If renting from them I would make sure the place is spotless and everything is in working order and take pictures of the place when you move in.

Aim has been professional and accessible in every interaction we have had with them. The property is well maintained, and when we have had problems, they have been fixed quickly with no questions or hassle. We have mostly worked with Mandy and Maggie, but everyone in the office has been personable and respectful, and I recommend them strongly.
