I couldn’t recommend CEDARCREST more to anyone with any type of animal! This was Oakley’s first appointment and they were all so sweet and loved him. The entire staff treated me and Oakley with respect and got… me in a little early. Dr. Jagger took the time to be very thorough with explaining things. She also listened to any and all questions no matter how silly they may have sounded and gave excellent knowledgeable answers. I will definitely be returning with Oakley and any other pets we may take it. 10/10 will recommend to everyone

There are many animal clinics in the area but Cedarcrest is the best! The Dr’s, Tech’s and staff are professional and caring. Smokey always leads us into the office which is nice not to have to drag our dog into the clinic. Thank you!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a veterinary practice in over 20 years of taking care of animals. The practice does not disclose charges. They put charges on your bill that they did not go over with you. They wanted to charge me for a “wellness exam” in October, which was appropriate, then a month later for my dog’s 6 week booster… flu shot and then again in March for a vaccination. I asked if I could just do the vaccine (lyme) at his annual exam. I was referred to the office manager. This woman should not be working in a capacity where she interacts with

Worst place I've ever been. The receptionists were very nice. Amber V. Roudette, DVM however was very unprofessional. My rabbit has been sick. They took him straight back to be examined. She came in and introduced herself, and told me he was malnourished, which we already knew. Then she went on to say that she felt the best option was to euthanize… him, but she kept saying how he had not been fed in she don't know how long. He gets fed everyday, endless amounts of hay and an amount of pellets. She asked me what I wanted to do, and I told her I wanted to take him home, and she told me she

My dog was misdiagnosed and died after cruelly being left alone in a cage for 11 hours. If I had known that "hospitalization" meant being left alone for 11 hours I would have taken her elsewhere.

I relocated to the area, and was referred to Cedarcrest for my dog's care. In my initial appointment, I had requested that ALL of the vaccinations/shots be given so I did not have to incur multiple fees for office visits to do them separately. Supposedly, they supplied him with all of the required shots. Fast forward one month...we were getting ready to go out of town and made arrangements to board at Cerdarcrest. When my wife made the arrangements, they stated that they needed to give him another shot; but they would only charge for the shot (i.e. NOT for the visit). When I went to drop

I started coming here years ago, when I lived two hours away, because of the expert care for my parrot. When I moved to Harrisonburg, I took all my pets here (cats, guinea pigs, and a ferret). I love the staff and the vets; everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the care here.

The only reason I gave this review four stars is for the price. It's worth it for my exotics, but I feel it's too expensive for my cat. He has only needed routine care, and I feel like the prices are too inflated for it. For example, I paid $300 for my kitten to be neutered and chipped
