P2 Motion
P2 motion is a privately owned studio that provides pilates and physical therapy services to South Florida. We offer private, semi-private, and small group classes in order to achieve your health and fitness goals. Our studio utilizes the latest Balance Body pilates equipment. P2 motion believes in a pilates based rehabilitation approach to maximize results.

This approach is found to be most effective under the guidance of an experienced and licensed physical therapist. Our specialties include the treatment of adolescents to older adults with a variety of diagnoses such as orthopedic, pre/post natal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, oncology, and more.

The Pilates method of exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Joseph Pilates was born in 1880 near Dusseldorf, Germany. As a child he suffered from asthma, rickets, and rheumatic fever. He overcame his physical limitations with exercise and bodybuilding. Joseph pilates moved to England and worked as a self defense instructor for detectives.
