Services
This physical therapist led class is designed to strengthen the core and improve flexibility for those with back pain, neck pain or other injuries. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining a neutral spine position, which is best for back pain prevention. Class size will be small in order to allow adequate time for individual attention and modifications.
Driving, cycling, working on computers and checking smart phones: they all cause us to flex our spines forward, rounding our shoulders and moving the head in front of the body. We all know that these activities contribute to pain and poor posture, but what can we do about it? In this 40 minute workshop, we will learn 6 easy ways to improve sitting standing and sleeping posture.
