Services
Workers' Comp Rehabilitation At Action Jackson Physical Therapy (AJPT) we understand that the injured worker's rehabilitation process is unique. We treat work-related injuries. Our specially trained therapists deliver care with a positive approach and focus on goal-oriented treatment programs, designed to return the injured worker back to work efficiently and safely.
We operate in a direct access state where -- The Direct Access Law in California (a "patient access with provisions" state) allows a licensed physical therapist to provide physical therapy services for 45 days or 12 visits, whichever occurs first. Please check with your insurance, as many health insurance plans require a physician's referral for therapy to be covered.
Dr. Shane Jackson prides himself on delivering quality personal care with a personal touch, compassion, and rapport. All patients will be seen and followed by Dr. Jackson himself to ensure continuity of care. Shane Jackson MSPT, DPT received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU in 1998.

The care this team; Shane, Moneca, Michael and Lisa give is terrific! They are very caring and provide great therapy! The exercises and therapy protocol has drastically increased my recovery! I would highly suggest using them and will refer my peeps to them. They take all types of insurance as well!
