What isn't well known is that I can also assist with a personalized fitness regimen and injury prevention.

Whether online or in-person at your home, garage, gym, backyard, public outdoor space or out at the track I want to help heal, enhance and improve your physical intelligence. I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area for mobile, in-person sessions and can serve Physical Therapy patients in California and Illinois through online-based Telehealth.

All too often the demands of everyday life, jobs and families can take priority over personal needs. Getting the care you need on your own terms is what Mobile PT Clinic is all about. After our evaluation, you will be given a home program, complete with written instructions. You can always contact me by phone or email, or simply schedule another session.
Whether you have a great sit-to-stand desk or work at your coffee table. I help you make the best of your current situation. You'll learn about what good ergonomic practices are as they relate to your circumstances. Most of my personal training clients are previous patients who prefer to work with someone who understands the nuance of their bodies.
One (1) gift certificate purchase will provide the recipient with one (1) session with Mobile PT Clinic ($250 value), whether in person or via online Teletherapy. Multiple gift certificates can be purchased if you'd like to gift multiple sessions. Once purchased, you'll be provided with a gift certificate code you can pass on and also have the option to print out a paper copy of the gift certificate.

I've been really lucky to work with Tyson for the past year and a half. I've got a long injury history, and what he has so uniquely been able to do is push me properly in workouts while also improving my mobility/stability at the same time. And pre covid, we also worked directly on a lot of my injuries.

Most trainers will give really intense workouts, and then you have to spend even more time on top of that to work out all the knots you just caused. With Tyson, my workouts not only leave me feeling gassed (in a good way!), but also feeling more stable than before.

I couldn't think of the right way to thank Tyson for the life changing work he put in with me over the past few months, so here is my best attempt at crafting a testimonial to share my story. I found out about Tyson's services through my local gym and I cannot recommend him enough. I came to him with an injury in my elbows and i found it painful/difficult to do certain movements (pullups, normal bicep curls).

Tyson was able to do an entire assessment within our session, as well as go over some basic movements and stretches to help identify underlying issues and begin strengthening the right muscles and tendons to begin mitigating the pain. All while being remote! A few more sessions with him and my elbows were feeling better and I'm more comfortable starting up more exercises

Can't say enough good things about Tyson. He was referred by a friend I trust. He did a solid evaluation and we created a plan of attack. I'm pretty healthy so an inflamed disc in my neck was just scary. I was really worried about the numbness I had in my hand.

Tyson reassured me he had seen this before and through a series of exercises, continuation of what I was already doing and staying positive that he was confident I'd get back to where I needed to be.

I was in pain and treated by more than one physical therapist with almost no results. The only thing I could do was to numb the pain with medication, which I prefer not to take unless absolutely necessary. In this case, the pain was more than I could tolerate. In desperation, I called Tyson because he comes to your home and I was barely able to move. He diagnosed the problem and in one treatment about 80% of it was gone. In two more, 100%. He is a pleasure to work with and really, really, really knows what he is doing. Could not recommend more highly.

Tyson helped me with my rehabilitation post hip surgery. He is very dedicated to make sure you get the result you want. He is very patient and skillfully worked around my stubbornness. Tyson has a lot of knowledge and always makes me feel really comfortable and heard as a client. Every time I work with him he does his magical handiwork and I always leave feeling so much better! I've been dealing with tense shoulders due to stress and a crappy back posture but Tyson has been incredibly helpful this past year in healing the pain around my shoulder and helping me understand more about my body and how it works. He even sends me videos of the exercises I've just performed in our sessions so that I can review them back home. Tyson is truly a hidden gem and I feel really lucky

I've been dealing with several weight training-related injuries in the past few months and Tyson has been beyond helpful in getting me back on track. His diagnostic skills are on point, and was able to immediately identify what was aggravating my condition. Most recently I've been struggling with a bicep/shoulder injury that had kept me out of the gym for weeks. I've been working with Tyson over the past few months and he's truly an extraordinary physical therapist. His knowledge of conditioning and anatomy allows him to confidently build a unique plan. He's respectful of what works for me rather than trying to fit me into a rigid blueprint. I've had several injuries related to foot, back and neck, and Tyson is the best PT I've worked with. Tyson is a great therapist! I have seen him for hip flexor issues and most recently slight knee pain. After seeing Tyson for a few weeks and following his advice and exercises, my hips have been great and i was able to run my first marathon 9 months later. He is very knowledgeable about running form, the mechanics of the body and different methods for recovering! Definitely recommend Mobile PT Clinic!

I'm a marathon runner and first met Tyson in December 2017 for physical therapy when I was struggling with acute-on-chronic IT band injury. As a marathon runner himself, he really understands both the physical requirements and stubborn mentality of long distance runners who are balancing rehabilitation and race preparation. He taught me patience and smart recovery and, over the past few months, the IT band injury has finally resolved.

With his strong PT background and coaching experience, Tyson's knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics (combined with video gait analysis) has significantly
