I always prefer to be as physically close to items I am inspecting as possible, and get my hands on anything I can in order to best evaluate the conditions. However, this is not always possible. I use a professional drone to mitigate safety risks and to allow me to make a complete visual inspection of otherwise inaccessible areas.

David just did our home inspection for us and we are out of town so he FaceTimed us to give us the report as well as. Detailed email report with photos and explanations. You can tell he loves his job and takes pride in his work. If we buy again we will call him up and I would recommend him to everyone!
