David and I (Lisa) were needing an inspection for a home in SC and we live in NC. We did not have recommendations and after many phone calls to various inspectors, I knew that Marc was the person to do my inspection. He was very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions on the phone. He spent at least 15 to 20 mins. on the phone with me explaining everything his cost covered and then some. I hired Marc for an inspection of a larger, but older home I am purchasing.
He was very thorough in discussing what he would be inspecting the day before. While on the job he arrived early along with the other company performing the termite inspection I want additionally. In spite of there being a lot to inspect on an older home, Marc worked very efficiently and commented on any questions I had as he inspected different areas. It was not only helpful for me to understand my next home better, but also some of the items that were grandfathered in that I might want to improve later since standards

Marc and Mitch did a great job inspecting the home we are hoping to buy! The inspection was really easy to schedule online and Marc was able to answer my questions right away over the phone. They did a very thorough job and took the time to walk through and explain things to us for quite a while after they were done. The full report came promptly and it was very thorough and easy to understand. They seemed to go above and beyond and were very detail oriented. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
