Live Oak Home Inspections, LLC is locally owned and solely operated by Matthew Angotti. Thus when you contact me with any questions or concerns, you simply deal with one person. I have almost 15 years of experience as a professional home inspector, with three and a half of those years spent mentoring under a gentleman with 25 years experience.
An inspection offers you a clear, objective and realistic assessment of the property you want to buy. In addition, it can provide you with an introduction to the characteristics of the property, preparing you for "hands on" home ownership. I encourage you to accompany me during the inspection to learn as much as possible about the property.
My report is a comprehensive, narrative style report which is written specifically for your property (it is not a pre-printed checklist). The report is color coded for ease of interpretation and includes digital photos, for seeing is believing. Reports are delievered promptly via email, normally the same day as the inspection, but never longer than 24 hours.

Mr.Angotti came highly recommended by the real estate firm we were using. My wife and I actually had two inspections. The first place we didn't purchase and thankfully avoided thousands in repairs which were caught by his inspection. The second time the inspection turned out great and we went ahead with the purchase.
