Call Zach! Zach Gotkin did all of the things you hope an agent would do. He listened until he understood what I needed, he provided several great options and access to see them (not easy in a pandemic), he responded to my millions of questions quickly AND he made the process enjoyable. Working with Troy Marr from North Star Real Estate Group was the absolute best experience. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very personable! He really listened and paid attention to the type of apartment I was looking for and never pressured me to increase my budget or settle for something I didn't completely love. Trying to find a place was becoming stressful, until I found Troy! He actually made it fun to look for an apartment! There is nobody else I would recommend to work with to find a place. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Troy. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, stayed within my budget and never pushed me to spend more than i can afford. He was extremely patient with me as I am quite picky ;) and was not going to settle. De Xeunxom was fantastic! He totally turned my apartment search right-side-up and made the whole experience enjoyable. I had a job opportunity that brought me into downtown Chicago, so I needed to find a place fast. I only had one weekend to get my feet on the ground and hopefully find something that would work out. Zach Gotkin is just a delight to work with! I came across a post on craigslist and texted him about a specific unit. He got back to me within minutes. He from there obtained some general information regarding what kind of unit I was looking for and what a good price range was - we then setup a showing.

I worked with De' Xeunxom with North Star Real Estate Group. He was very friendly and responded to all of my inquiries quickly. The day I scheduled for the viewing he showed me the apartment I was interested in and then offered to drive me to another apartment that he thought I might like. They were both great apartments. Zach Gotkin was amazing, like spectacularly amazing. After an unpleasant experience with another group, I came across a post on craigslist and messaged him about a specific unit. He got back to me fairly quickly and gave me the specifics and when he could show it to me and my partner.
We met up with him and he knew everything about the unit and was able to answer all my questions. Michael helped me find my first apartment in Chicago and he was great! I had just moved to the city so I wasn't sure what area I wanted to be in, but I knew i wanted a view and he was able to get that for me. I had one day to look for places and we went on a marathon of places, but it was great because I saw all that I needed to.
