The following are booklets and/or forms for residents who reside in the properties managed by All County. Poor quality service, worst experience renting I've ever had! When I moved in, the house was not even close to being ready for living even though the listing and everyone I talked over said it will be ready on moving date. It took more than a week for they to complete the works needed on the house, even appliances were missing. And when I moved out, the house was in great cleaning conditions, compared to what they gave us on moving date and they took $300 off the deposit for a supposed deep cleaning.... they didn't even contact me to say what they found dirty in the house. I hired to manage a property of mine after leaving a not so great management company. This is exactly what I was looking for in a management company. Mrs. Carter has always returned e mails and phone calls whenever I needed something pertaining to the property. The office staff is always pleasant when I’ve called and I get a monthly report. In my experience of property management, this company gives quality service.

All County was quick to find a tenant for us and their fees are competitive (we pay a leasing fee each year as well as a 10% management fee). In the beginning we had some struggles with All County repeatedly changing the manager assigned to our unit, so I called and spoke with Anna the bookkeeper. She is not actually our account manager, but she has never hesitated to take care of everything we need quickly and professionally. These folks successfully rented my house, and they are based locally in Davie, so they knew the area. Good standard rates, and no hidden fees, you should check them out. I really like one of the show-runners, Cassandra; she is very professional, and Ana, the staff accountant. My only complaint here is that my PM went on a very serious leave and nobody informed me, leaving me to think that she was just ignoring me, which was not the case. In the future, this better not happen.
