Eagle easily accommodated our need for quick inspection. Jason, our inspector, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were scared at the idea of buying a renovated home built in 1900, but he made us feel super secure in our decision. Would absolutely recommend Jason and the entire team for inspections. If we move in the future we will use them again, and request Jason as our inspector.

Eagle inspections did a great job on our home inspection. They were flexible with scheduling and very responsive when we needed to change the date around to accommodate the holidays. Evan completed a home inspection for me about a week ago. Evan took the time to explain every finding of the home inspection. While inspecting the home, the heater did not turn on. Evan revisited the home the following day to ensure the heater was functioning properly. I would definitely recommend this company.

THE HOME INSPECTOR CUT A HOLE IN MY SEWER PIPE WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
Yes, inside MY home that I have listed for sale. I'm guessing he did
this to drum up panic and business for their drain company to come and
do an extensive repair. No matter what the reason, there was
absolutely NO reason (nor permission) to do this. I had a completely intact ground pipe and now I have a 4 inch hole with a metal band-aid

This review will be not only for the people who are in process of buying a house, but also for the homeowners, and real estate agents. Just stay away from this business! They are not a real home inspectors at all!! Be aware what they are doing is absolutely unacceptable and should be reported to the board commission. I just want to bring to your attention that they are not only unprofessional, but they will leave a complete mess inside your property after the leaf. First of all, the person who did the home inspection at my property is not a real home inspector, it's just a building consultant

Scheduling was easy and service was Excellent! John Vellucci, our inspector was on time, professional, thorough and personable. He explained every aspect of the inspection and answered all of our questions. His full report was sent the very same day of the inspection. The drain inspection team was also professional and pleasant and provided a prompt inspection report. It was an all around wonderful experience! We were in the process of buying our first home and after reading the reviews, eagle inspections looked promising. Scheduling was easy. On the day of inspection, I had only arrived ten minutes after appointment and the inspector had apparently done a good portion of the inspection already... which made me question how thorough he really looked. He looked in small areas here and there around the deck and basement, made a few comments and inspection was over in 45 minutes with the expectation it would be 2 hours and I was concerned. I voiced it to them and they assured me, it's perfectly normal

Luis Rivera conducted my home inspection and I could not have had a better experience! I highly recommend Evan Schardinger! I'm a first time home buyer and didn't really know what to expect from a home inspection. Evan took the time to explain everything that he was doing and encouraged me to ask questions along the way.
