Services
Arising Home Inspection provides all of our clients with a number of warranties, free of charge to the client. This gives added peace of mind and security. Your 90 limited mechanical and structural warranty comes free with your home inspection. The warranty covers repairs to items the Home Inspector finds to be in good working condition at the time of inspection and are specifically listed within our warranty.

Extremely satisfied with service. The inspection was thorough and everything was explained to me in a way that I understood. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and informative. Arising Home Inspection really prepared me as a first-time home buyer. Over the course of the inspection, Ava and her assistant walked me through every inch of the house and took the time to fully explain every piece detail of the home functions, equipment, potential defects, safety hazards and potential future repairs of the home to me. I’m not one to write reviews, but I need to talk about how great Ava is - she is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She and her dad (Mike, who is also great!) really took the time to walk me through each space and answer any and every question I had. Buying a new home can be a stressful time and they managed to make the inspection process feel easy. I learned so much from them too.

My home inspection with Arising Home Inspection was such delight. Ava and her team are VERY thorough. They meticulously combed through every inch of the home (inside and out). They pointed out what was done well and areas to keep an eye on and things that needed repair or replacement. They also informed me of state and city requirements. It was such great experience to walk along side them because they taught me things about the home and gave me tips to maintain the home well. Ava and her Father was Awesome! I had to use their service twice within a year because my first house fell through due to the seller fault, the day before closing. They were so informative and did such a good job with that inspection that it was no doubt I would use them again for my current HOME. As a first time home buyer, they answered all of my questions, gave a detailed description with pictures in a timely manner, and went above and beyond their duties for me. Not to mention they are black owned Father and daughter company which is a plus! I would def reccommend them for any home inspections
