If you want to buy a home that needs repair or finance needed repairs to your current home, the Section 203(k) loan program by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) may be a good option for you. This program allows you to finance the purchase of a house-or refinance your current mortgage-and include the cost of its repairs through a single mortgage.

We used Chuck with Happy Home Inspection for a home inspection prior to buying a new home. He showed up on time and was easy to work with. Very informative and thorough in his inspection report. He was really welcoming of us asking questions and advise on site. He explained the radon test in great detail, we learned more than expected. Really happy with his services, price and will use again if ever in the market.

Chuck has been my home inspector for just about 8 years. Chuck has always been thorough and very detailed - he knows every aspect of any home. He cares about his clients and digs deep to find out about every aspect of the house. The good the bad and the ugly - Chuck will explain all to the new buyer.
