Infrared Thermography We use an infrared imaging and measurement camera that sees and measures thermal energy emitted from an object. This method is sort of an MRI for your home. Thermal (infrared) is light that is not visible because its wavelength is too long to be detected by the human eye. This is useful for detecting hot/cold spots in walls/ceilings & potentially detecting heat signatures from warm-blooded critters in your attic!
We assure the inspection of, and report on, more than 400 items in a detailed report before we leave the house. We point out any major and/or minor deficiencies and identify any major expenditures coming up so you can budget these potential expenses. We identify potential safety hazards. We show you how the various systems in your home work and we review and explain the conditions we find.
Michael has forty+ years in the work force, including 22 years of mechanical maintenance, locating the source of problems and repairing large and small equipment. He maintains a strong work ethic with a high priority on honesty and on-time appointments. Michael is a graduate of Champions School of Real Estate.
