Services
Our membership packages for the fitness center listed below were created for different people with different needs. Please contact us with any questions or to discuss pricing. If you have specific goals, need a push to get started on your health and wellness journey, have limited training time available, or simply want a unique training experience, personal training is for you!
If you're looking to combine FUN and FITNESS, then our large group training is exactly what you are looking for. We offer 20+ group fitness classes each week. Over the course of the week we will offer Fun and Fit, Dynamic Movement, and TNT Fit Training. Below we've attached a brief description of each.
Growing up, Brent wasn't always fit, but he was always active. Through dedication and a strong work ethic, Brent became a 4-year all-conference football player at Lakeland College (University). Since graduation in 2009, Brent has worked with people in the Fox Cities toward their optimal health and wellness.

I originally starting training with Brent to focus on improving my marathon time to qualify for Boston, but have stuck with him for over 10 years. I quickly learned the benefit of functional training and was able to reduce the time I spent "working out". I qualified for Boston and did a full Ironman. I'm in the best shape of my life at 50. The team at TNT cares about their members and truly wants to understand and help them achieve their goals.

I have been going to TNT since shortly after they opened. The team makes a point to know your goals and help to create a plan to achieve them. They not only focus on your physical wellness but mental as well - they build community, friendship and belonging - no judgement, just support. Just because I said no judgement, that doesn't mean they won't push you to achieve things you don't believe you are capable of. I have had so many personal best since joining. Not only in the gym, but in other events I have participated in. You won't be disappointed working with this team.

I have been going to TNT since 2015. It has made a tremendous impact on my life. The easiest benefit to measure would be the amount of weight I lost since beginning the training which is about 35lbs. The most important benefit though is the way I feel. Life's challenges are a lot easier to embrace when you feel good, are healthy from a physical standpoint and healthy from a mental standpoint. TNT is the supporting foundation to those three benefits. The training is of the highest quality and the community is second to none.

I started working with TNT Fitness in July after not working out much the last few years. I am 55 years old and had a knee injury which was causing me pain every time I worked out and could no longer take spin classes or bike which was a favorite activity for me. Right after I started with TNT I injured my ankle which could have been very discouraging. Brent & Matt have been patient and have helped me with modifications to help build up my strength and I am definitely seeing results. They take time to get to know you and what your goals are and provide great communication including regularly checking

I walked into TNT Fitness center 3 weeks ago and immediately felt at home. A coach who believed in me, my health journey, and my goals. Brent has helped me to create routine in my day by starting with exercise. Not only does Brent help me during class, but he also cares about my nutrition. He checks in to make sure I am getting my macro and micronutrients and that my body is feeling good. He understands all the intricate parts of fitness and has helped me feel confident in my own skin again. He has taught me to make time for myself and a good sweat session is better than any morning cup of coffee

Working with TNT Fitness has been a wonderful experience. I have been going for three months having not worked out for years so I was seriously out of shape and overweight. I am 72 years old. The trainers at TNT Fitness designed a program specifically for me. They have been patient, motivating and encouraging. As a result of the program I am getting stronger, more flexible and improving my balance. The workouts have also reduced my stress level and helped me to feel better about myself. I would highly recommend TNT Fitness to anyone.
